數(shù)字礦山地理網(wǎng)格事件管理及其在礦山地面災(zāi)害監(jiān)測中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:數(shù)字礦山建設(shè)為礦山高效、綠色開采發(fā)展帶來了機(jī)遇,測量機(jī)器人、全球衛(wèi)星定位系統(tǒng)、地面激光雷達(dá)、三維激光掃描儀等現(xiàn)代測量技術(shù)在礦山上的應(yīng)用,提高了對礦山建構(gòu)筑物、陡幫邊坡形變和地面沉降等進(jìn)行自動化監(jiān)測的工作效率,保障礦山安全生產(chǎn)。礦山傳統(tǒng)的管理方式存在職責(zé)不清或交叉管理的弊端,采用礦山地理網(wǎng)格劃分和編碼技術(shù)可實(shí)現(xiàn)礦山部件精確定位,針對礦山部件進(jìn)行礦山事件的分類、編碼、描述、處理和軟件應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)礦山的精細(xì)化管理,對于提升礦山地面災(zāi)害監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用服務(wù)水平具有很好的意義和價值,論文的主要內(nèi)容如下: 從數(shù)字礦山包含的具體內(nèi)容以及與數(shù)字礦山相關(guān)的高新技術(shù)、地理網(wǎng)格應(yīng)用、礦山企業(yè)事件化管理等方面,分析了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,分析表明針對礦山地理網(wǎng)格事件分類、編碼、描述和處理等方面研究,對于礦山精細(xì)化管理實(shí)施具有重要的意義和作用。 對數(shù)字礦山地理網(wǎng)格劃分和編碼做了簡要介紹,分析了礦山事件的分類和編碼,提出了形變監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)事件及系統(tǒng)事件中的點(diǎn)事件、線事件和面事件。針對上述兩種類型的事件進(jìn)行具體描述,為地理網(wǎng)格事件處理奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 事件的分析和處理主要是以形變監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的棱鏡點(diǎn)部件為研究對象,從累積形變量的變化特征、回歸監(jiān)測分析兩個方面對形變監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)棱鏡位移點(diǎn)事件進(jìn)行分析。 整合形變監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)中的不同區(qū)域的數(shù)據(jù)庫,從形變監(jiān)測源數(shù)據(jù)庫內(nèi)容、源數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)、目標(biāo)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)、源數(shù)據(jù)庫與目標(biāo)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)庫的關(guān)系和數(shù)據(jù)庫整合的技術(shù)方法四個方面對數(shù)據(jù)庫的整合進(jìn)行了研究,采用SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫的觸發(fā)器技術(shù)來實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)整合過程。在Microsoft Visual Basic6.0開發(fā)平臺下,實(shí)現(xiàn)了軟件對于數(shù)據(jù)整合、事件管理、位移曲線繪制等需求,符合礦山事件精細(xì)化管理的要求。 本文研究的主要問題是對礦山地理網(wǎng)格事件分類描述、根據(jù)礦山事件的特點(diǎn),建立事件的處理過程,采用VB和SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫相結(jié)合的技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)礦山事件精細(xì)化管理。
[Abstract]:The construction of digital mine brings opportunities for the development of high efficiency and green mining. The application of modern measurement technology such as measuring robot, global positioning system, ground lidar, 3D laser scanner and so on. The work efficiency of automatic monitoring of mine construction, slope deformation and land subsidence is improved, and the safety of mine production is guaranteed. The traditional management mode of mine has the disadvantages of unclear responsibilities or cross management. The precise location of mine components can be realized by using mine geographic grid division and coding technology. The classification, coding, description, processing and software application of mine events can be carried out for mine components, and the fine management of mines can be realized. It is of great significance and value to improve the application service level of mine ground disaster monitoring system. The main contents of this paper are as follows: This paper analyzes the present research situation of digital mine from the aspects of the concrete contents of digital mine and the high and new technology related to digital mine, the application of geographical grid, the management of mine enterprise event, and so on. The analysis shows that the research on classification, coding, description and processing of mine geographic grid events is of great significance and function for the implementation of mine fine management. This paper briefly introduces the geographic grid division and coding of digital mine, analyzes the classification and coding of mine events, and puts forward the event of deformation monitoring system and the point event in the system event. Line events and surface events. The above two types of events are described in detail, which lays a foundation for the processing of geographical grid events. The analysis and processing of the event is mainly based on the prism component of the deformation monitoring system, and the variation characteristics of the cumulative shape variable are taken as the research object. The event of prism displacement point in deformation monitoring system is analyzed from two aspects of regression monitoring and analysis. Integration of the deformation monitoring system in different regions of the database, from the deformation monitoring source database content, source database structure, target monitoring database structure. The relationship between the source database and the target monitoring database and the technical methods of database integration are studied in this paper. This paper adopts the trigger technology of SQL Server database to realize the process of data integration, under the development platform of Microsoft Visual Basic6.0. The software can meet the requirements of data integration, event management, displacement curve drawing and so on. The main problem of this paper is to classify and describe the mine geographic grid events and to establish the process of dealing with the events according to the characteristics of mine events. The technology of VB and SQL database is used to realize the fine management of mine events.
