【摘要】:我國是煤炭生產和消費大國,然而煤礦安全事故時有發(fā)生,其中瓦斯爆炸事故嚴重威脅著人民的生命財產和企業(yè)的安全生產。因此研究瓦斯火焰?zhèn)鞑ヒ?guī)律對預防和減少瓦斯爆炸事故的發(fā)生以及防爆、抑爆裝置的開發(fā)具有理論指導和實用價值。 本文通過自行設計管道裝置研究瓦斯火焰壓力在管道中的傳播規(guī)律。在不銹鋼直管道中,通過改變障礙物的形狀、阻塞比、距點火端位置,研究障礙物對火焰?zhèn)鞑ヒ?guī)律的影響,得到了在不同障礙物條件下的火焰壓力和前驅壓力波壓力參數。研究結果發(fā)現,圓形障礙物火焰峰值壓力比方形障礙物大,火焰峰值壓力隨阻塞比增大先增大后減小,放置在管道中間障礙物產生的火焰峰值壓力比放置在管道兩端的障礙物大。前驅壓力波壓力傳播規(guī)律與火焰壓力整體上相似。 研究了在直角和三通管道中火焰壓力傳播規(guī)律。在直角管道中,火焰壓力先增大后減小,其中火焰壓力在通過直角彎管一段距離后達到最大,之后火焰壓力開始下降。在三通管道中,火焰壓力也是通過三通分叉處一段距離后達到最大,兩種不同開口端點火方式產生的火焰峰值壓力不等。
[Abstract]:China is a large country of coal production and consumption, but coal mine safety accidents occur from time to time. The gas explosion accident seriously threatens the life and property of the people and the safety production of enterprises. Therefore, the study of the law of gas flame transmission to prevent and reduce the occurrence of gas explosion accidents and explosion prevention. The development of explosive suppression device has theoretical guidance and practical value. In this paper, the propagation law of gas flame pressure in the pipeline is studied by self-designed pipeline device. In the stainless steel straight pipe, by changing the shape of the obstruction, blocking ratio, the location from the igniting end. The influence of obstacles on flame propagation is studied, and the flame pressure and pressure-wave pressure parameters under different obstacle conditions are obtained. The results show that the peak flame pressure of circular obstacle is larger than that of square obstacle. The peak pressure of flame increases first and then decreases with the increase of blocking ratio. The peak flame pressure caused by the obstacles placed in the middle of the pipeline is larger than that at the two ends of the pipeline. The pressure propagation law of the precursor pressure wave is similar to that of the flame pressure as a whole. The flame pressure propagation law in right angle and three way pipeline is studied. In right angle pipe, flame pressure increases first and then decreases, and the flame pressure reaches the maximum after a distance of right angle bend pipe. Then the flame pressure began to decrease. In the three-way pipeline, the flame pressure also reached the maximum after a distance between the three way and the peak pressure of flame produced by two different ways of ignition at the end of the opening.
