高速公路交通安全評價及工程措施技術研究

【摘要】:近二十年來,我國高速公路總里程不斷攀升,高速公路運輸已成為國民經濟發(fā)展的支柱。與此同時,在高速公路上發(fā)生的交通事故日益增多,給國家和人民也造成了巨大的損失。這使得高速公路成為一把雙刃劍,有利也有弊。那么,如何利用好這把劍,將弊降至最低限度已亟待我們解決。即科學地、全面地、系統(tǒng)地分析高速公路事故頻發(fā)的原因,展開高速公路交通安全評價研究,提出相應工程技術措施,以達到減少交通事故或降低交通事故受害程度的目標等相關交通安全的研究迫在眉睫。 本論文首先以系統(tǒng)、全面地觀點對影響高速公路交通安全的人、車、路和環(huán)境等因素及其相互作用進行了分析,圍繞“人一車一路一環(huán)境”系統(tǒng)提出了高速公路交通安全評價指標體系,運用層次分析法得出各評價指標權重。 其次,基于將高速公路交通安全評價問題歸結為“對事物屬性定性描述進行定量化研究的問題”這一思想,依據屬性識別理論知識,建立高速公路交通安全屬性綜合評價模型。在確定了單指標測度值、綜合屬性測度值,選取置信度后,就可以進行屬性識別,得出評價結果。 然后,將此模型應用于京港澳高速公路湖北咸寧段進行交通安全評價,并與此段高速公路實際交通狀況調查結果進行對比,以此來檢驗該模型的合理性。 最后,根據高速公路交通安全評價結果,分析事故發(fā)生原因并提出相應地交通安全工程措施。
[Abstract]:In the past twenty years, the total mileage of expressway in our country has been rising continuously, the expressway transportation has become the pillar of the national economy development, at the same time, the traffic accident on the expressway is increasing day by day. To the country and the people have also caused huge losses. This makes the highway become a double-edged sword, there are advantages and disadvantages. So, how to make good use of this sword, to minimize the harm has to be solved urgently. That is, scientific. Comprehensively and systematically analyze the causes of the frequent accidents on the freeway, carry out the research on the evaluation of highway traffic safety, and put forward the corresponding engineering technical measures. In order to reduce traffic accidents or reduce the degree of traffic accident injury and other related traffic safety research is urgent. First of all, this paper systematically and comprehensively analyzes the human, vehicle, road and environment factors that affect the highway traffic safety and their interaction. The evaluation index system of expressway traffic safety is put forward based on the system of "one vehicle, one road, one environment", and the weight of each evaluation index is obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Secondly, based on the thought that the problem of highway traffic safety evaluation is "the problem of qualitative description of things", the theory of attribute recognition is based on the theory of attribute recognition. The comprehensive evaluation model of freeway traffic safety attribute is established. After determining the single index measuring value, synthesizing attribute measure value and selecting confidence degree, the attribute identification can be carried out and the evaluation result can be obtained. Then, the model is applied to the traffic safety evaluation of Xianning section of Beijing-HongKong-Macao expressway in Hubei province, and compared with the investigation results of the actual traffic situation of this section of expressway, so as to test the rationality of the model. Finally, according to the evaluation results of expressway traffic safety, the causes of accidents are analyzed and corresponding traffic safety engineering measures are put forward.
