工業(yè)用鐵粉爆炸危險(xiǎn)性試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為研究金屬加工過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生鐵粉的爆炸危險(xiǎn)性,采用G-G管式爐與20 L球形爆炸測(cè)試裝置對(duì)常溫常壓下3種打磨鐵粉進(jìn)行測(cè)試,得到鐵粉試樣的可燃性分類等級(jí)及爆炸參數(shù),并依據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)試樣粉塵的爆炸危險(xiǎn)性進(jìn)行分級(jí)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,三種鐵粉試樣的粉塵云最低著火溫度分別是480、420、580℃,爆炸下限質(zhì)量濃度分別在125~375、60~125、250~375g/m3,爆炸指數(shù)分別為9.23、8.96、5.84 MPa·m/s,其粉塵爆炸危險(xiǎn)性等級(jí)均為St1級(jí)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the explosion risk of iron powder produced during metal processing, three kinds of grinding iron powder were tested by G-G tube furnace and 20L spherical explosion test device at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. The flammability classification and explosion parameters of iron powder samples were obtained, and the explosion hazard of sample dust was classified according to the experimental results.
