【摘要】：人類筑城而居,物質(zhì)與文化得以快速提升,但也伴之以火災(zāi)等事故。進(jìn)入工業(yè)文明以后,蒸汽機(jī)的發(fā)明、電力的應(yīng)用使工業(yè)系統(tǒng)變得日益復(fù)雜,局部的失效便可能導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)損壞和整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過程中斷。20世紀(jì)能源危機(jī)的出現(xiàn),導(dǎo)致工業(yè)裝置向著更高的操作參數(shù)和更大的規(guī)模發(fā)展以提高能源與生產(chǎn)效率,這使得工業(yè)安全事故更具有突發(fā)性、災(zāi)難性、中斷性以及社會(huì)性。安全已成為人們安逸、詩(shī)意生活的首要考慮。本文回顧了人類文明發(fā)展過程中安全技術(shù)的演進(jìn),提出與工業(yè)4.0適配的安全4.0的概念。它以全壽命過程安全保障為目標(biāo),包括安全(健康)監(jiān)測(cè)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化監(jiān)控、智能安全評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)等主要內(nèi)容。同時(shí)對(duì)目前成功的工業(yè)案例和研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了分析,提出了實(shí)施安全4.0今后應(yīng)重點(diǎn)解決的科學(xué)與技術(shù)問題。
[Abstract]:People live in cities, material and cultural can be rapidly improved, but also with fire accidents. After entering industrial civilization, the invention of steam engine, the application of electricity makes the industrial system become more and more complex. Local failure may lead to system damage and the interruption of the whole production process. The emergence of energy crisis in the 20th century, leading to higher operating parameters and larger scale development of industrial equipment to improve energy and production efficiency. This makes industrial safety accidents more sudden, catastrophic, interrupted and social. Safety has become a comfort for people. This paper reviews the evolution of safety technology in the course of the development of human civilization and puts forward the concept of safety 4.0 which is suitable for industry 4.0. It includes safety (health) monitoring, network monitoring, intelligent safety evaluation system and so on. At the same time, the successful industrial cases and research progress are analyzed. The scientific and technical problems that should be solved in the implementation of safety 4.0 in the future are put forward.
