【摘要】：現(xiàn)代化工產(chǎn)業(yè)的集群化、技術(shù)密集化使得化工產(chǎn)業(yè)園、�；穬薰迏^(qū)數(shù)量大幅增加,在儲罐物料因素、儲罐工藝環(huán)境因素、罐區(qū)環(huán)境因素的影響下,個(gè)別儲罐事故很容易產(chǎn)生多米諾效應(yīng),最終會使最初的小規(guī)模事故發(fā)展成為危害及其嚴(yán)重的大規(guī)模事故。例如1984年墨西哥城事故、我國今年發(fā)生的天津港事故等都是屬于危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品多米諾事故,這兩個(gè)事故都造成了嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和人員傷亡。為了避免和降低此類事故的發(fā)生,本文提出了危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品儲罐事故多米諾效應(yīng)的相關(guān)研究與分析。本文研究主要完成了兩個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容,首先從單罐體事故角度分析了罐體自身風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及事故類型風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與多米諾效應(yīng)事故之間的關(guān)聯(lián),并由此設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的概率評估方案。其次從�；饭摅w多米諾效應(yīng)的傳播過程進(jìn)行考慮,分析了爆炸事故碎片拋射引發(fā)多米諾效應(yīng)事故的具體因素,并設(shè)計(jì)了概率評估方案。本次研究對于�；穬薅嗝字Z事故的預(yù)防有一定參考意義,同時(shí)對于化工儲罐多米諾效應(yīng)的理論研究也有一定參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The cluster of the modern chemical industry and the intensive technology make the number of the storage tank area of the chemical industry park and dangerous chemicals tank increased significantly, under the influence of the storage material factor, the storage tank craft environment factor, the tank area environment factor. Individual tank accidents are easy to produce domino effects and eventually make the initial small-scale accidents develop into serious large-scale accidents such as the Mexico City accident in 1984. Tianjin Port accident occurred in China this year is a dangerous chemical domino accident, both of which have caused serious economic losses and casualties. In order to avoid and reduce the occurrence of such accidents. In this paper, the related research and analysis of domino effect of hazardous chemicals storage tank accident are put forward. First of all, from the point of view of the single tank accident, the relationship between the tank itself risk and the accident type risk and domino effect accident is analyzed. Based on this, the corresponding probability evaluation scheme is designed. Secondly, considering the propagation process of domino effect in dangerous chemicals tank, the specific factors of domino effect caused by debris ejection are analyzed. This study has certain reference significance for the prevention of domino accident of dangerous chemicals storage tank, and also has certain reference value for the theory research of domino effect of chemical storage tank.
