【摘要】：我國(guó)煤礦安全形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻，煤礦安全評(píng)價(jià)研究具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。評(píng)價(jià)方法一直是煤礦安全和其它領(lǐng)域關(guān)注的研究熱點(diǎn)。由于現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題具有復(fù)雜性和不確定性，本文引入用于不確定性信息量化評(píng)價(jià)方法，建立了基于集對(duì)分析的煤礦安全綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系。 首先，根據(jù)我國(guó)煤礦生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn)，在現(xiàn)有安全評(píng)價(jià)方法分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了基于集對(duì)分析和粗糙集模型的煤礦安全綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法。依據(jù)集對(duì)分析的多目標(biāo)決策的原理和方法，建立了五元聯(lián)系數(shù)綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型。而粗糙集理論無(wú)需提供問(wèn)題所需處理的數(shù)據(jù)集合之外的任何先驗(yàn)信息，可充分體現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的客觀性。 其次，將煤礦作為一個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行綜合考慮，從環(huán)境、人員、設(shè)備、管理、安全文化及安全信息等6個(gè)因素（即4M-C-I）全面分析，構(gòu)建了煤礦安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，并運(yùn)用粗糙集軟件Rosetta中的約翰遜算法對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行屬性約簡(jiǎn)，得到了消除冗余屬性的指標(biāo)變量，，形成合理簡(jiǎn)化的安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 最后，將簡(jiǎn)化的指標(biāo)體系代入集對(duì)分析模型，對(duì)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)礦進(jìn)行安全評(píng)價(jià)，得到與煤礦實(shí)際吻合良好的安全現(xiàn)狀，以及影響安全生產(chǎn)的主要因素，對(duì)指導(dǎo)煤礦安全管理有重要意義。評(píng)價(jià)方法的實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明，該模型計(jì)算簡(jiǎn)單、易于應(yīng)用，指標(biāo)體系合理，是簡(jiǎn)單可靠的煤礦安全綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法。
[Abstract]:The safety situation of coal mine in China is serious, has important practical significance to research the coal mine safety evaluation. The evaluation method has been a hot research focus on coal mine safety and other fields. Because of the complexity and uncertainty of the practical problems, this paper introduced the uncertain information evaluation method, establish a set of comprehensive evaluation system for coal mine safety based on the analysis.
First of all, according to the characteristics of China's coal mine production, based on the existing safety evaluation methods, put forward the method of set pair analysis and rough set model based on comprehensive evaluation of mine safety. According to the principle and method of multi objectives decision to analysis, established the five element connection number comprehensive evaluation model and rough set theory. Without any prior information required to deal with the problem of data set, data can fully reflect the objectivity.
Secondly, the coal mine as a system for comprehensive consideration, from the environment, personnel, equipment, management, safety culture and safety information of 6 factors (4M-C-I) comprehensive analysis, constructs the evaluation index system of coal mine safety, and the use of Rosetta software in the Johnson algorithm for attribute reduction of rough set has been eliminated variables of the redundant attributes, the formation of the safety evaluation index system of reasonable simplification.
Finally, the index system of simplified set pair analysis model to evaluate the actual production of mine, coal mine safety situation and actual situation is good, and the main factors affecting the safety of production, it has important significance for guiding the safety management of coal mine. The practical application shows that the evaluation method, this model is simple and easy to use. The index system is reasonable, coal mine safety comprehensive evaluation method is simple and reliable.
