【摘要】:為分析煤質(zhì)指標(biāo)對煤塵爆炸性的影響作用,并利用煤質(zhì)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)對煤塵爆炸火焰長度進(jìn)行預(yù)測,本文按照國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)使用相關(guān)儀器進(jìn)行煤質(zhì)分析實(shí)驗(yàn)與煤塵爆炸性鑒定實(shí)驗(yàn)。測得十一種煤樣的八項(xiàng)煤質(zhì)分析指標(biāo)及其煤塵爆炸火焰長度。對煤質(zhì)指標(biāo)與煤塵爆炸火焰長度數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)煤質(zhì)指標(biāo)之間的相關(guān)系數(shù)絕對值最高達(dá)0.99,屬于高度相關(guān),說明存在信息重疊。煤質(zhì)指標(biāo)與煤塵爆炸火焰長度之間相關(guān)系數(shù)的絕對值最高達(dá)0.7,屬于中度相關(guān),說明煤質(zhì)指標(biāo)對煤塵爆炸性存在一定影響作用。對煤質(zhì)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行主成分分析以消除其數(shù)據(jù)的高度相關(guān)性,提取出的三大主成分被分別命名為“揮發(fā)分因子”,“灰分和固定碳因子”,“水分和著火點(diǎn)因子”,首次從統(tǒng)計(jì)分析角度證明,在所選取的煤質(zhì)指標(biāo)中,揮發(fā)分對煤塵爆炸性影響作用最大,由揮發(fā)分前系數(shù)為正數(shù)說明揮發(fā)分越大,爆炸危險(xiǎn)性越大,這與實(shí)際情況吻合。利用煤質(zhì)指標(biāo)對煤塵爆炸火焰長度進(jìn)行回歸建模,實(shí)例分析結(jié)果為,有爆炸性煤塵火焰長度預(yù)測誤差達(dá)8.89%,對存在誤差原因進(jìn)行分析,無爆炸性煤塵預(yù)測火焰長度值為負(fù)數(shù)。兩個預(yù)測結(jié)果表明,該預(yù)測模型作為基于煤質(zhì)分析的煤塵爆炸性預(yù)測初探并不能十分準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測火焰長度。本文的煤質(zhì)指標(biāo)對煤塵爆炸火焰長度影響作用及回歸預(yù)測研究對于煤礦現(xiàn)場及用煤企業(yè)的煤塵爆炸危險(xiǎn)性評估具有一定指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義,利于及時采取防爆措施,避免爆炸事故發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the influence of coal quality index on coal dust explosion, the flame length of coal dust explosion was predicted by coal quality index data. In this paper, according to the national standard, the coal quality analysis experiment and the coal dust explosive identification experiment are carried out by using the relevant instruments. Eight coal quality analysis indexes of 11 kinds of coal samples and the flame length of the coal dust explosion are obtained, and the coal quality index and the coal dust explosion are obtained. The correlation of flame length data was analyzed. It is found that the absolute value of correlation coefficient between coal quality index and coal dust explosion flame is up to 0.99, which is highly correlated, indicating that there is overlap of information, and the absolute value of correlation coefficient between coal quality index and explosion flame length of coal dust is up to 0.7. It belongs to moderate correlation, which indicates that coal quality index has certain influence on coal dust explosion. The principal component analysis of coal quality index data is carried out to eliminate the high correlation of coal quality index data. The three principal components were named volatile factor, ash factor and fixed carbon factor, water content and ignition point factor respectively, which was proved by statistical analysis for the first time in the selected coal quality index. Volatile matter has the greatest effect on coal dust explosion. The higher the volatile content is, the greater the explosion risk is. This is consistent with the actual situation. Using the coal quality index to model the length of coal dust explosion flame, the result of case analysis is that the prediction error of the length of explosive coal dust flame is up to 8.89%. The cause of error is analyzed, and the predicted flame length of non-explosive coal dust is negative. Two prediction results show that. The prediction model can not predict the flame length accurately as the explosive prediction of coal dust based on coal quality analysis. The effect of coal quality index on the flame length of coal dust explosion and the regression prediction study on coal mine site. And the coal dust explosion risk assessment of coal enterprises has certain guidance and reference significance. It is helpful to take anti-explosion measures in time to avoid explosion accidents.
