【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷飛速發(fā)展,高速公路的覆蓋范圍也越來越廣,但交通事故的發(fā)生概率也隨之增加。特別是在災(zāi)害天氣下,交通事故頻發(fā),不僅造成了重大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失也威脅著生命安全,現(xiàn)己成為行車安全的重大隱患之一。論文依托《基于公路交通傳感網(wǎng)信息檢測·挖掘·匯聚·發(fā)布與輔助決策系統(tǒng)示范》《省域智能交通運(yùn)輸信息云服務(wù)平臺(tái)示范工程》等示范工程,在研究國內(nèi)外災(zāi)害天氣以及限速控制大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)災(zāi)害天氣高速公路限速控制方法與系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了一定程度的研究。論文分析了不同車速對(duì)駕駛員和車輛的影響以及車速和安全行駛的關(guān)系。在災(zāi)害天氣和交通安全方面主要是針對(duì)降雨、霧天以及冰雪天氣下對(duì)交通安全的影響來分析。分析了惡劣天氣(雨、霧、冰雪)下高速公路的安全限速問題,分析比較了降雨環(huán)境AASHTO和NCHRP兩種停車視距模型。研究了霧是如何在高速公路沿線形成的以及其特點(diǎn)。利用災(zāi)害天氣對(duì)道路行駛安全的影響,采用基于停車視距的數(shù)學(xué)推導(dǎo)方法計(jì)算出最高的限速值,并給出了相應(yīng)的限速標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建議值。比較分析了我國現(xiàn)有的高速公路限速標(biāo)準(zhǔn),討論了不同限速標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的有效性。研究了高速公路可變限速的基本思想以及作用原理。對(duì)交通狀況進(jìn)行建模,研究了交通數(shù)據(jù)原語的傳輸簡單運(yùn)輸管理框架(STMF),分析了管理信息結(jié)構(gòu)(SMI),交通管理信息庫(TMIB),簡單網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理協(xié)議(SNMP),運(yùn)輸管理協(xié)議(STMP)。論文在實(shí)驗(yàn)室原有研究的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了災(zāi)害天氣限速預(yù)警控制系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),利用Web Service等技術(shù),系統(tǒng)可以調(diào)看視頻,根據(jù)采集的高速公路圖像檢測能見度,對(duì)異常情況進(jìn)行報(bào)警,并通過終端及時(shí)發(fā)布各種有效信息。綜上所述,論文研究成果有效可信,具有重要的研究意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。其主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)包括以下幾個(gè)方面:·利用基于停車視距的數(shù)學(xué)推導(dǎo)方法計(jì)算出災(zāi)害天氣下的最高限速值,并給出了相應(yīng)的限速標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建議值。根據(jù)高速公路的實(shí)際情況分析比較了在降雨環(huán)境下的AASHTO和NCHRP兩種停車視距模型!ぱ芯苛宋覈F(xiàn)有的高速公路限速標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和可變限速控制方法!ぱ芯苛私煌〝(shù)據(jù)原語的傳輸簡單運(yùn)輸管理框架(STMF),構(gòu)建了災(zāi)害天氣限速預(yù)警控制系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the coverage of the highway is becoming more and more wide, but the probability of traffic accidents is also increasing. Especially in disaster weather, frequent traffic accidents not only cause significant economic losses, but also threaten the safety of life. Now it has become one of the major hidden dangers of traffic safety. Based on the "road traffic information detection based on sensor network and mining - issued together and aided decision system" demonstration "provincial intelligent transportation information service platform demonstration project" demonstration project, in the domestic and foreign research and disaster weather limit control a large number of documents on the basis of the disaster weather freeway speed limit control method and system to a certain degree of research. The paper analyzes the influence of different speed on drivers and vehicles as well as the relationship between speed and safe driving. In the area of disaster weather and traffic safety, the effects of rain, fog and ice and snow on traffic safety are analyzed. The safety speed limit of freeway in bad weather (rain, fog, ice and snow) is analyzed, and two parking sight distance models are compared and compared with the rainfall environment AASHTO and NCHRP. This paper studies how fog is formed along the highway and its characteristics. Based on the influence of disaster weather on road running safety, the maximum speed limit value is calculated by the mathematical deduction method based on stopping sight distance, and the corresponding recommended speed limit standard is given. The current speed limit standard of Expressway in China is compared and analyzed, and the validity of different speed limit standards is discussed. The basic idea and principle of variable speed limit of freeway are studied. The traffic condition is modeled, and the transportation simple transport management framework (STMF) is studied. The management information structure (SMI), traffic management information base (TMIB), simple network management protocol (SNMP) and transport management protocol (STMP) are analyzed. The construction of the disaster weather warning control system architecture based on the speed limit on the original research laboratory, using Web Service technology, the system can watch the video, according to the highway visibility acquisition image detection, alarm for abnormal situation, and the timely release of all kinds of effective information terminal. To sum up, the research results of the paper are effective and credible, and have important research significance and application value. The main points of innovation include the following aspects: by using the mathematical deduction method based on stopping sight distance, we calculate the maximum speed limit under disaster weather, and give the corresponding speed limit standard recommended value. According to the actual situation of the expressway, the two parking sight distance models of AASHTO and NCHRP under the rainfall environment are analyzed and compared. The current speed limit standard and variable speed control method of Expressway in China are studied. In this paper, the simple transport management framework (STMF) for traffic data primitives is studied, and the framework of the speed - warning control system for disaster weather is constructed.
