【摘要】：春運(yùn)作為中國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程中的特殊符號(hào),已經(jīng)存在了64年,春運(yùn)的發(fā)展歷程反映了中國(guó)社會(huì)方方面面的發(fā)展變化。筆者選擇《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》這份全國(guó)性報(bào)紙1954——2017年這64年的春運(yùn)報(bào)道作為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合時(shí)代背景的發(fā)展變化,力求從這份全國(guó)性報(bào)紙的春運(yùn)報(bào)道與時(shí)代的相互映射中,探究春運(yùn)報(bào)道框架的嬗變軌跡。本研究基于新聞傳播領(lǐng)域的框架理論,將春運(yùn)報(bào)道框架分為春運(yùn)報(bào)道制度框架、春運(yùn)報(bào)道行業(yè)框架和春運(yùn)報(bào)道文本框架,從報(bào)道數(shù)量、報(bào)道主題、報(bào)道體消息來(lái)源、版面位置、語(yǔ)言修辭這幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,得出了春運(yùn)報(bào)道的總體框架特征:在數(shù)量上保持逐年增長(zhǎng),報(bào)道主題日益豐富,消息來(lái)源廣泛,語(yǔ)言風(fēng)格愈加活潑生動(dòng)。又從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、技術(shù)等社會(huì)要素入手,對(duì)這557篇春運(yùn)報(bào)道的框架嬗變軌跡進(jìn)行原因解讀,分析得出黨和國(guó)家發(fā)展工作重心的變化、改革開(kāi)放政策的施行、戶籍制度的限制緊松、高校擴(kuò)招政策以及政府提出以人為本、和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)理念等要求對(duì)春運(yùn)報(bào)道的媒介制度框架、行業(yè)框架、成員行為框架都有重要影響。為使研究結(jié)論更顯清晰,增強(qiáng)文章說(shuō)服力,筆者還在各階段的春運(yùn)報(bào)道中例舉典型實(shí)例來(lái)體現(xiàn)這些變化軌跡。在文章最后一個(gè)部分,筆者對(duì)當(dāng)前新形式進(jìn)行深入思考,結(jié)合《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》春運(yùn)報(bào)道框架分析情況,對(duì)優(yōu)化春運(yùn)報(bào)道框架提出了自己的建議,提出今后的《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》在春運(yùn)報(bào)道的制度框架中要體現(xiàn)政府政策號(hào)召;在春運(yùn)報(bào)道的媒介行業(yè)框架中,要貫徹以人為本的報(bào)道理念;在春運(yùn)報(bào)道文本框架中,要適當(dāng)傾注人文關(guān)懷,從而為營(yíng)造和諧有序的春運(yùn)氛圍作出大報(bào)表率。
[Abstract]:As a special symbol in the process of urbanization in China, Spring Festival transportation has existed for 64 years. The development course of Spring Festival Movement reflects the development and change of all aspects of Chinese society. The author chooses People's Daily, a national newspaper for the 64-year Spring Festival travel report from 1954 to 2017, as the research object, combining with the development and changes of the background of the times. This paper tries to probe into the transmutation track of the reporting framework of the Spring Festival Movement from the mutual mapping between the Spring Festival report of the national newspaper and the times. Based on the frame theory in the field of news communication, this study divides the reporting framework of the Spring Festival Movement into the framework of the reporting system of the Spring Festival Movement. From the aspects of the number of reports, the theme of the report, the source of the news, the location of the layout and the rhetoric of the language, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the industry framework of the Spring Festival transportation and the frame of the report text of the Spring Festival. The characteristics of the overall frame of the Spring Festival travel report are as follows: the number keeps increasing year by year, the topic of the report is increasingly rich, the news source is extensive, the language style is more lively and lively, and the social factors such as politics, economy, culture, technology and so on are taken as the starting point. The reasons for the evolution of the 557 Spring Festival travel reports are analyzed, and the changes in the focus of the party and state development, the implementation of the policy of reform and opening up, the tight restrictions of the household registration system, the policy of expanding enrollment in colleges and universities, and the government's putting forward the people-oriented approach are obtained. The construction idea of harmonious society and other requirements have important influence on the media system framework, industry framework and members' behavior framework of the Spring Festival transportation report, in order to make the research conclusions clearer and strengthen the persuasive power of the article, In the last part of the article, the author thinks deeply about the current new form, and analyzes the situation of the report frame of Spring Festival Transportation in the light of "People's Daily". This paper puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the reporting framework of Spring Festival Transportation, and puts forward that People's Daily should embody the call of government policy in the system frame of reporting on Spring Festival Travel in the future, and carry out the idea of people-oriented reporting in the framework of media industry. In the frame of the Spring Festival travel report, we should pay attention to the humanistic concern properly, so as to build a harmonious and orderly atmosphere of the Spring Festival travel to make a big newspaper model.
