減壓蒸餾法處理拋光廢水研究

【摘要】:針對拋光廢水因水質復雜、COD高、生化性差和處理成本高等特點,采用減壓蒸餾法對拋光廢水進行處理,探索消泡劑投加量對拋光廢水消泡效果影響。結果表明:投加量1.0 g/L的消泡劑對拋光廢水消泡效果明顯;溫度與真空度越高,餾液COD越大,選擇溫度為90℃、真空度為80 k Pa為較好蒸餾條件;餾液COD隨著p H增大逐漸減小,p H為8時蒸餾效果較好,此時COD為285 mg/L;餾液COD隨著濃縮比增大先減小再增大,以90%為濃縮體積比為宜;減壓蒸餾初期與末期餾液COD較高,中期較低。減壓蒸餾法在處理拋光廢水方面具有投藥量少、工序簡單、成本低、無二次污染等優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of high COD, poor biochemistry and high cost of treatment, the polishing wastewater was treated by vacuum distillation. The effect of defoamer dosage on the defoaming effect of polishing wastewater was investigated.
