【摘要】：進入21世紀，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在全球范圍內蓬勃發(fā)展，為各國贏得了巨大的經(jīng)濟效益。近年來，我國的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展，在國民經(jīng)濟中日漸占據(jù)重要地位。與此同時，我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中也出現(xiàn)了諸多問題。具體表現(xiàn)在文化產(chǎn)業(yè)片面追求經(jīng)濟效益，弱化了文化性，文化產(chǎn)品盲目追求形式上的標新立異，卻忽略了對文化內涵的建構，生產(chǎn)上缺乏有效的創(chuàng)意機制，大批量地復制加工，造成文化產(chǎn)品內容上的雷同與空洞。論文針對上述現(xiàn)象，將弘揚民族精神與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)建設相結合，深入討論民族精神貫注到文化產(chǎn)業(yè)建設中的可能性。希望借助民族精神貫注，一方面使彰顯中華精神的民族文化成為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)建設的動力源泉，為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)建設創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提供豐富的資源基礎，另一方面以民族精神的豐富內容來重構文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的文化內涵，實現(xiàn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟與文化效益的雙贏。論文分為五個部分。 導論。民族精神是民族成員在實踐中基于特定的物質生存方式而形成的精神力量。它反映民族成員深層心理，，以核心價值觀引導和規(guī)范民族成員行為。它以本民族的優(yōu)秀文化為基礎，以一種民族自豪感為內在表現(xiàn)形式，在民族的關鍵時刻以一種強大的凝聚力釋放出來，成為民族成員重要的精神支柱和情感標識。在文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中弘揚民族精神具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 一、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的文化屬性與民族精神弘揚。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)不同。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)具有商業(yè)與文化的雙重屬性。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)立足于商業(yè)屬性，通過生產(chǎn)、分配、流通等一般流程獲得可觀的經(jīng)濟效益。同時文化產(chǎn)業(yè)立足于文化屬性，文化成為其發(fā)展的根本內容與提升文化產(chǎn)品品質的保證。民族精神是民族文化的靈魂，弘揚民族精神在展現(xiàn)文化差異、催生文化自覺中發(fā)揮著重要作用。因此弘揚民族精神與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)建設構成了相互影響、相互促進的關系，一方面弘揚民族精神為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)建設注入新的活力，另一方面，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展成為民族精神弘揚的重要載體。 二、民族精神的結構生成性與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)多層面建構。民族精神有著多層次的結構，具體表現(xiàn)為富有特色的物質生存方式、情感歸屬下的身份認同以及道德規(guī)范支撐下的核心價值觀。民族特有的生存方式為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供寶貴而又豐富的資源，推動了我國影視產(chǎn)業(yè)、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，同時也成為我國文化藝術創(chuàng)作的源泉。從情感歸屬中生發(fā)出的民族身份自豪感為我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)建設堅定了信念，增強了信心，同時也使得文化產(chǎn)品更富有中華民族的個性特色。以道德規(guī)范支撐下的核心價值觀規(guī)范著文化產(chǎn)業(yè)建設，并以自立、自強的核心理念成為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在國際舞臺上的強大支柱。 三、民族精神的歷史生成性與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)建設的國際性張力。民族精神具有歷史生成性。具體表現(xiàn)為：第一，民族精神有自身獨特的歷史起源，并在發(fā)展過程中不同民族之間存在著特定性與差異性，第二，民族精神不是一成不變的，它會隨時代發(fā)展而不斷完善與創(chuàng)新，與時代發(fā)展同聲相求。經(jīng)濟的全球化對于文化產(chǎn)業(yè)建設與弘揚民族精神而言，既是機遇又是挑戰(zhàn)。一方面，全球化實現(xiàn)了中國文化輸出，帶動了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)走向世界。另一方面，全球化時代，各國間文化自由輸出，使得中國文化安全陷入危機。因此，我國應該在文化產(chǎn)業(yè)建設與發(fā)展中大力弘揚民族精神，在國際化背景下樹立中國的文化大國、文化強國形象。 結語。在全球化的背景下，我們發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)，必須要堅持弘揚民族精神，傳承民族文化。一方面以獨立的姿態(tài)展示中國文化，以特有的民族精神展現(xiàn)中華民族的精神風貌，積極尋找中國文化和民族精神中獨具魅力的因素，并以此為底蘊，獲得與其他民族平等對話的能力，實現(xiàn)中華民族文化的偉大復興，以鮮明、自信的形象屹立于世界民族之林。另一方面，我國的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展也應該更加自覺地承擔起傳承民族優(yōu)秀文化、弘揚中華民族精神的責任，使文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展有意識地承擔起提高國家文化軟實力，維護國家文化安全的責任，將貫注民族精神的民族文化加以包裝向世界宣傳，借全球化的機遇和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的強勁勢頭將一個更強大的文化中國、文化大國展現(xiàn)在世人面前。
