文章摘要：近年來,隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)的興起,受上游成本高企與下游需求不足雙重壓力作用,為縮短流通渠道,減少流通環(huán)節(jié),降低流通成本,或通過向服務(wù)領(lǐng)域延伸開發(fā)＂第三利潤源＂,生產(chǎn)企業(yè)對渠道的控制力度不斷加強(qiáng),開始越來越多地繞開中間商直接與上游供應(yīng)商或下游大客戶建立戰(zhàn)略合作聯(lián)盟關(guān)系,從而在一定程度上擠占傳統(tǒng)流通企業(yè)生存空間,導(dǎo)致流通脫媒現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)。流通脫媒環(huán)境下,企業(yè)運(yùn)作將日益由綜合化向?qū)I(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)變,企業(yè)資源將日益由獨(dú)立向共享轉(zhuǎn)變,企業(yè)間關(guān)系將日益由對抗向合作轉(zhuǎn)變,并對當(dāng)前及未來流通功能產(chǎn)生至關(guān)重要的影響。面對流通脫媒趨勢,浙江物產(chǎn)集團(tuán)集產(chǎn)品批發(fā)商、物流服務(wù)提供商、交易界面、市場開拓者、模塊化集成服務(wù)商等多種角色于一身,嵌入供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)節(jié),成功地擴(kuò)張了業(yè)務(wù)范圍,形成了以客戶需求為導(dǎo)向的供應(yīng)鏈集成服務(wù)模式,在為上下游客戶創(chuàng)造價值的同時確立了自身獨(dú)特的競爭優(yōu)勢。其經(jīng)驗(yàn)不僅可供大宗生產(chǎn)資料流通企業(yè)借鑒,對其他傳統(tǒng)流通企業(yè)同樣具有重要啟示。在由舊平衡向新平衡過渡的關(guān)鍵階段,面對新技術(shù)沖擊,流通企業(yè)應(yīng)重新思考自身功能定位,以提升上下游客戶價值為目標(biāo),充分運(yùn)用信息、物流、管理技術(shù)成果,創(chuàng)新商業(yè)模式,重塑競爭優(yōu)勢,有效降低代理成本,促進(jìn)流通重新歸媒,并以此推動我國服務(wù)外包業(yè)快速發(fā)展。

Abstr：In recent years,with the rise of ICT and the increasing pressure brought by higher upstream cost and inefficient downstream demand,to shorten circulation channel,reduce circulation links,reduce circulation cost,or extent to the field of service to pursue＂the third profit source＂,manufacturing enterprises increasingly strengthen their power of control on channels,and directly establish the strategic alliance with the absence of intermediaries. To some extent,these measures will shrink the living space of traditional circulation enterprises and lead to the phenomenon of disintermediation. And the enterprises will transform from being comprehensive to being specialized,from independently owning the resources to sharing that,and from being rival to each other to cooperating with each other. To better cope with the trend of disintermediation,ZJMI Group integrates the role of wholesaler,logistic service provider,transaction interface,market explorer,and modular integration service provider and embeds the link of supply chain to successfully expand its business scope,form the customer-demand-oriented supply chain integrated service pattern,and establish its own competitiveness. The experience of ZJMI cannot only be learn by other bulk production material enterprises,but also provide other traditional circulation enterprises with important implications. To cope with impact brought by new technology,at the stage of transferring from old balance to new balance,circulation enterprises should reconsider their functional positioning,take the value of upstream and downstream customers as the target,fully give play to the role of information,logistic,and management technological fruits,make innovation in business pattern,rebuild the competitiveness,effectively
