【摘要】：開發(fā)建設(shè)商務(wù)區(qū),是增強(qiáng)城市服務(wù)功能、提升商貿(mào)流通業(yè)檔次的重要舉措。文章以溫州濱江商務(wù)區(qū)建設(shè)為例,針對建設(shè)中存在的突出問題,提出了加快溫州濱江商務(wù)區(qū)建設(shè)、提升商貿(mào)流通業(yè)檔次的有效策略,著力增強(qiáng)溫州市濱江商務(wù)區(qū)的創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢和輻射能力,為中國不同地區(qū)的商務(wù)區(qū)建設(shè)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The development and construction of business district is an important measure to enhance the function of city service and upgrade the level of trade and circulation. Taking the construction of Wenzhou Binjiang Business District as an example, aiming at the outstanding problems existing in the construction, this paper puts forward some effective strategies for speeding up the construction of Wenzhou Binjiang Business District and upgrading the level of trade and circulation. To strengthen the innovation advantage and radiation ability of Binjiang Business District in Wenzhou City, and to provide reference for the construction of business district in different regions of China.
