眾所周知,由于不斷的全球化和區(qū)域一體化國(guó)境地區(qū)的合作正在是一個(gè)全世界都發(fā)生日益增長(zhǎng)的現(xiàn)象。市場(chǎng)和勞動(dòng)力資源的顯著增長(zhǎng)、“逃離”空間和資源依賴(lài)的共同愿望正在刺激鄰國(guó)之間的跨界合作和跨界地區(qū)的出現(xiàn)。本研究涵蓋俄羅斯遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)和中國(guó)東北地區(qū)案列,這個(gè)地區(qū)會(huì)被視為一種有效的跨境地區(qū)。分析表示跨界合作的理論背景,其法律框架,目前中國(guó)和俄羅斯之間的跨境合作中存在的問(wèn)題。在本論文中,主要強(qiáng)調(diào)的是在俄羅斯的遠(yuǎn)東和中國(guó)的東北地區(qū)2009-2018年之內(nèi)進(jìn)行的最新的政策。研究表明,研究區(qū)跨境合作是該地區(qū)的適宜發(fā)展路徑還會(huì)被視為一個(gè)中國(guó)和俄羅斯的關(guān)系新的階段。
