本文旨在廣泛研究發(fā)展型國(guó)家范式與新自由主義范式的比較。論文主要側(cè)重于埃塞俄比亞案例,而如何發(fā)展型國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)模式選擇影響了該國(guó)的發(fā)展。在對(duì)埃塞俄比亞歷史情況進(jìn)行了廣泛的描述之后,從30年代到現(xiàn)在,這項(xiàng)研究分析了那些選擇新自由主義取代發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)的國(guó)家的不足之處。政府干預(yù)將被視為成長(zhǎng)型國(guó)家可能的成功選擇,這樣發(fā)展型國(guó)家模式將被視為構(gòu)建長(zhǎng)期增長(zhǎng)計(jì)劃的基本基礎(chǔ)。
