人力資本對阿爾及利亞內(nèi)向型FDI的作用及其改善途徑研究

本文探討了,在阿爾及利亞,人力資本對外商直接投資的作用與改善人力資本的方法。文章使用了1998-2017年年度時間序列的二手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)進行實證分析。本文的主要目的是分析,人力資本在阿爾及利亞對吸引國外直接投資的作用。本文從人力資本的重要性,外商直接投資的決定因素以及阿爾及利亞的人力資本與國外直接投資之間的關(guān)系三個方面進行相關(guān)文獻的梳理。文章采用了多元回歸模型來測量,在阿爾及利亞,人力資本與外國直接投資的關(guān)系。該研究將外國直接投資作為一個因變量,而人力資本、腐敗與官僚主義、通貨膨脹、政治形勢、國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和自然資源作為自變量。同時,自然資源也是一個虛擬變量;貧w結(jié)果表明,人力資本、腐敗和官僚主義、政治形勢對阿爾及利亞的外國直接投資產(chǎn)生了積極而重要的影響,但人力資本在吸引外國直接投資方面發(fā)揮的作用要大于其他因素。人力資本每增加1%將導(dǎo)致阿爾及利亞境內(nèi)外國直接投資增加24.55%。另一方面,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對外國直接投資流入阿爾及利亞產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響,而政治形勢、通貨膨脹、國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值和自然資源對阿爾及利亞的外國直接投資沒有任何影響。最后,本文建議阿爾及利亞應(yīng)該發(fā)展和推進人力資本來加速外國直接投資的...
