中巴經(jīng)濟走廊（CPEC）是“一帶一路”建設的旗艦項目。巴基斯坦媒體表示,中巴經(jīng)濟走廊被稱為“游戲規(guī)則改變者”。由于這個項目的巨大投資,它將對巴基斯坦的經(jīng)濟將產(chǎn)生深遠的影響。CPEC建成后,巴基斯坦將共享地區(qū)經(jīng)濟并與國際互通。本研究強調(diào)了CPEC的幾個主要方面。首先,評估了CPEC到2030年對社會福利的影響。在社會福利調(diào)查中,選擇了教育、健康和住房三個維度。采用探索性因子分析方法,對巴基斯坦四省115個區(qū)進行因子指數(shù)分析。此外,還預測了到2030年的長期項目的影響。預測方法基于均值模型。研究結(jié)果顯示,經(jīng)濟增長顯著,特別是在“三通”地區(qū)。預計到2030年巴基斯坦的社會福利將增長5.12%。根據(jù)省際數(shù)據(jù),Baluchistan省的社會福利增長水平最高為6.3%,Sindh省有6.2%,KPK省有4.9%,Punjab省有3.4%。其次,對CPEC背后的戰(zhàn)略依據(jù)進行了評估。為此,本文提出了一個研究問題:中國對中巴經(jīng)濟走廊的參與是更符合現(xiàn)實主義的視角,還是更符合自由主義的視角?通過對學術(shù)文獻、媒體來源和中巴兩國政府官方聲明的廣泛梳理,認為中巴經(jīng)濟走廊建設的動機屬于自由主義學派。中國投資的唯一目...
