老—中鐵路項目問題診斷與對策研究

運輸從人類文明開始就影響到經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。經(jīng)濟發(fā)展側重于合流運輸系統(tǒng)。在世界上許多國家,鐵路是必要的交通方式,因為社區(qū)相距很遠,并且道路崎嶇,沒有多少人擁有汽車,與航空公司和其他方式相比,這是一種更便宜的旅行方式。對于內(nèi)陸國家的老撾來說,交通基礎設施是國家發(fā)展的最重要因素之一。老撾政府強調(diào)了鐵路對老撾這樣的內(nèi)陸國家轉變?yōu)殛懙赝ǖ啦⑽嗤鈬顿Y和游客具有重要意義。因此,這論文研究三個主要問題:1)建設老撾和中國鐵路項目對老撾人民民主共和國的影響。2)老撾和中國鐵路項目對社會、經(jīng)濟和環(huán)境等方面的影響。3)建設老中鐵路項目的挑戰(zhàn)和利弊,此外,提出相關建議。同樣,本論文研究調(diào)查方法是對相關官方文件,學術論文,期刊和書進行了探索,并與對負責老撾和中國鐵路項目的有關部門進行了訪談。因此,鐵路建成后,將給老撾各族人民帶來巨大的利益,降低交通成本,刺激農(nóng)業(yè)和工業(yè)部門,旅游,投資和貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,并為老撾人民和國家創(chuàng)造收入。同時,這個項目也影響到生活的轉移,特別是土地補償,勞動力管理,這意味著老撾政府在法律、法令和規(guī)定方面要注意完善這個項目的實施。結論,老中鐵路項目是沿線社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和資源開發(fā)所必需的。老中鐵...
