【摘要】：針對(duì)陜西經(jīng)濟(jì)"追趕誰、超越誰,追趕什么、超越什么,怎樣追趕、怎樣超越"的問題,本文以"生產(chǎn)什么、為誰生產(chǎn)、怎樣生產(chǎn)、生產(chǎn)多少"的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)基本問題為切入點(diǎn),通過梳理世界工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基本脈絡(luò),構(gòu)建了工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展階段理論模型,依據(jù)理論模型設(shè)計(jì)了判斷當(dāng)前我國工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的指標(biāo)體系;進(jìn)而應(yīng)用CRITIC賦權(quán)法計(jì)算出指標(biāo)權(quán)重,選擇大于或等于各維度權(quán)重均值的10個(gè)重要指標(biāo),依據(jù)全國不包括直轄市和西藏自治區(qū)的26個(gè)省(自治區(qū))在這10個(gè)重要指標(biāo)中的排名,確定陜西省追趕超越的對(duì)標(biāo)省份;最后提出陜西經(jīng)濟(jì)怎樣追趕,怎樣超越的六條措施建議。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem of Shaanxi economy "who, what, how to catch up, how to surpass", this paper takes the basic economic problems of "what to produce, for whom, how to produce, how to produce" as the breakthrough point, by combing the basic context of the development of the world industrial economy, constructs the theoretical model of the stage of industrial economic development. According to the theoretical model, the index system to judge the current level of industrial economic development in China is designed. Furthermore, the index weight is calculated by CRITIC weighting method, and 10 important indexes which are greater than or equal to the average weight of each dimension are selected, and according to the ranking of 26 provinces (autonomous regions) excluding municipalities directly under the Central Government and Tibet Autonomous region in these 10 important indexes, the corresponding standard provinces that Shaanxi Province catch up with and surpass are determined. Finally, six suggestions on how to catch up and how to surpass Shaanxi economy are put forward.
