【摘要】：新城新區(qū)作為城市發(fā)展新形態(tài),產(chǎn)城融合程度決定其未來發(fā)展?jié)摿Α：贾菸磥砜萍汲亲鳛榭萍夹鲁?其產(chǎn)城融合實(shí)踐具有典型性。本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究、田野調(diào)查和訪談系統(tǒng)梳理未來科技城產(chǎn)城關(guān)系發(fā)展歷程,發(fā)現(xiàn)未來科技城融合主城邊緣型的組團(tuán)式模式和新城建設(shè)型的簇群式模式為一體,把地理區(qū)位、發(fā)展空間和新興產(chǎn)業(yè)幾個(gè)特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢充分結(jié)合并加以利用,現(xiàn)階段正處于產(chǎn)城互動的提升期,初步實(shí)現(xiàn)多維融合;同時(shí)也尚存在注入城市功能不足、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施滯后、職住分離、傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級等問題。
[Abstract]:As a new form of urban development, the degree of integration of production and city determines its future development potential. Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City as a new city of science and technology, its production city integration practice is typical. Through literature research, field investigation and interview system, this paper combs the development course of the relationship between the city of science and technology in the future, and finds that the future city of science and technology integrates the cluster mode of the edge of the main city and the cluster mode of the construction of the new city, and fully combines and makes use of the characteristics and advantages of the geographical location, the development space and the new industry. At this stage, it is in the promotion period of the interaction between the city and the city, and initially realizes the multi-dimensional integration. At the same time, there are still some problems, such as insufficient function of injection city, lag of infrastructure, separation of duty and housing, upgrading of traditional industry and so on.
