【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速增長，能源危機(jī)、資源短缺和環(huán)境惡化等問題日益凸顯，實(shí)現(xiàn)資源可持續(xù)利用，實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)和生態(tài)的雙贏是全球人類共同面臨的重大課題。發(fā)展生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)，是轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式、促進(jìn)資源節(jié)約與環(huán)境保護(hù)的重要途徑。我國進(jìn)入到全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的重要階段，解決經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與生態(tài)環(huán)境間的矛盾迫在眉睫，生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)的建設(shè)也面臨更高要求。但到目前為止，江西“高投入、高消耗、高排放”的發(fā)展方式并沒有實(shí)質(zhì)性轉(zhuǎn)變，生態(tài)系統(tǒng)退化趨勢尚未根本扭轉(zhuǎn)。目前，理論界對區(qū)域生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究還十分稀缺，對江西生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展研究則更少。因此，探討江西生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文擬從生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)概念、模式類型、理論基礎(chǔ)、國內(nèi)外生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)踐出發(fā)，其次概述了江西生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程、存在的問題并對發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行評價(jià)，然后根據(jù)實(shí)際情況制定江西生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的原則、目標(biāo)和思路，，最后提出促進(jìn)江西生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth, energy crisis, resource shortage and environmental deterioration, the realization of sustainable use of resources and the realization of a win-win situation between economy and ecology is an important issue facing mankind all over the world. The development of ecological industry is an important way to change the mode of economic growth and promote resource conservation and environmental protection. China has entered an important stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way. It is urgent to solve the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment, and the construction of ecological industry is also facing higher requirements. However, up to now, the development mode of "high input, high consumption and high emission" in Jiangxi has not changed substantially, and the trend of ecosystem degradation has not been fundamentally reversed. At present, the theoretical research on regional ecological industry is still very scarce, and the research on the development of ecological industry in Jiangxi is even less. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the development of ecological industry in Jiangxi Province. Based on the related concepts, model types, theoretical basis and domestic and foreign ecological industry development practice, this paper summarizes the development course, existing problems and evaluation of the development level of Jiangxi ecological industry, and then formulates the principles, objectives and ideas of Jiangxi ecological industry development according to the actual situation, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Jiangxi ecological industry.
