【摘要】：改革開放近40年的開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展歷程,中國的開放型戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整是近年來,尤其是中國進(jìn)入經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)以來世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與交流的重要研究對象。在后危機(jī)時(shí)代經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下,我國開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)面臨著不同的國際國內(nèi)環(huán)境、機(jī)遇以及挑戰(zhàn),需要新的戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整方式予以指導(dǎo)。開放型戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整的主要方向,包括建立互利共贏的多邊經(jīng)貿(mào)體制,建立公平與富有吸引力的國內(nèi)投資環(huán)境,并擴(kuò)大中國的對外投資規(guī)模,開展與周邊國家互聯(lián)互通惠及鄰國與世界。
[Abstract]:With the development of open economy in the past 40 years of reform and opening up, the adjustment of China's open strategy has been an important research object of world economic development and exchange in recent years, especially since China entered the new normal state of economy. Under the new normal of economy in the post-crisis era, China's open economy is facing different international and domestic environments, opportunities and challenges, and needs to be guided by new strategic adjustment methods. The main directions of open strategic adjustment include the establishment of a mutually beneficial and win-win multilateral economic and trade system, the establishment of a fair and attractive domestic investment environment, and the expansion of China's foreign investment scale. Carry out connectivity with neighboring countries to benefit neighboring countries and the world.
