【摘要】：逆全球化在全球泛濫與全球化帶來(lái)的社會(huì)分配不公、國(guó)家間發(fā)展失衡等問(wèn)題密切相關(guān),其折射出全球化發(fā)展歷史規(guī)律:各國(guó)在全球化進(jìn)程中獲得的利益和面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不同,其對(duì)全球化的態(tài)度在不同時(shí)期亦存在顯著差異;全球化進(jìn)程既有可逆屬性,也有通過(guò)變革持續(xù)發(fā)展的潛質(zhì)。逆全球化雖使全球化前行阻力加大、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增多,但亦可被轉(zhuǎn)化為全球化轉(zhuǎn)型的動(dòng)力,可通過(guò)觀念更新、機(jī)制規(guī)范調(diào)整、注入新動(dòng)力以及整頓運(yùn)行環(huán)境等,實(shí)現(xiàn)普惠、包容的新型全球化。
[Abstract]:The proliferation of anti-globalization in the world is closely related to the unfair social distribution brought about by globalization, and the imbalance of development between countries, which reflects the historical law of globalization development: the benefits and risks faced by countries in the process of globalization are different. There are also significant differences in their attitudes towards globalization in different periods. The process of globalization has both reversible attributes and the potential for sustainable development through change. Although anti-globalization has increased the resistance to globalization and increased the risks, it can also be transformed into a driving force for globalization transformation, and it can be realized through the renewal of ideas, the adjustment of mechanisms and norms, the injection of new impetus, and the rectification of the operating environment, and so on. An inclusive new type of globalization.
