【摘要】：創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的提出和實施引發(fā)了學術界對其的廣泛關注和研究熱情,但現(xiàn)有研究對于創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的本質內涵并未達成共識。創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相關研究存在理論基礎不足、缺乏廣度和深度等問題,難以從本質上為創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略內涵破解以及評價指標體系構建提供有力支撐。下一步研究應從三方面進行:借鑒國內外創(chuàng)新理論,提出并構建體現(xiàn)中國特色的創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論體系;在強化相關理論研究的基礎上,準確把握和理解創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的內涵;基于五大發(fā)展理念,構建創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的評價指標體系并展開大規(guī)模實證調研。
[Abstract]:The proposal and implementation of innovation-driven development strategy has aroused wide attention and enthusiasm in academia, but there is no consensus on the essence of innovation-driven development strategy in existing research. There are some problems in the research of innovation-driven development strategy, such as insufficient theoretical foundation, lack of breadth and depth and so on. It is difficult to provide a powerful support for the interpretation of the connotation of innovation-driven development strategy and the construction of evaluation index system in essence. The next step of the research should be carried out from three aspects: referring to the innovation theory at home and abroad, putting forward and constructing the innovation-driven development strategy theory system which embodies the Chinese characteristics; On the basis of strengthening the relevant theoretical research, the connotation of innovation-driven development strategy is accurately grasped and understood, and the evaluation index system of innovation-driven development strategy is constructed based on the five development concepts, and a large-scale empirical investigation is carried out.
