【摘要】：2017年一季度,中國經濟運行表現出七個重要特點:從生產角度看,第三產業(yè)對經濟增長起主要拉動作用,工業(yè)增速回升對經濟增速回升起主要推動作用;從需求角度看,最終消費支出增速與2016年同期基本持平,資本形成總額增速明顯回落,貨物和服務凈出口由下降轉為增長;從收入角度看,全國居民人均可支配收入增速比2016年全年有所回升,全國一般公共預算收入增速明顯回升,規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)利潤總額增速明顯加快;從價格角度看,居民消費價格溫和上漲,工業(yè)生產者價格和貨物進口價格漲幅明顯上升;從結構角度看,產業(yè)結構、需求結構和收入分配結構得到繼續(xù)改善;從新動能角度看,工業(yè)中的戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)、高技術制造業(yè)、新產品、網上零售額快速增長,新動能繼續(xù)積累;從供給側結構性改革重點任務角度來看,"三去一降一補"取得新進展。
[Abstract]:In the first quarter of 2017, China's economic performance showed seven important features: from the point of view of production, the tertiary industry played a major role in stimulating economic growth, and the rebound in industrial growth played a major role in promoting the recovery of economic growth; From the demand point of view, the growth rate of final consumer expenditure was basically the same as that of the same period in 2016, the growth rate of total capital formation dropped significantly, and net exports of goods and services changed from decline to growth; From an income point of view, the growth rate of per capita disposable income of residents across the country was higher than that of the whole year of 2016, the growth rate of general public budget income of the whole country was significantly higher, and the growth rate of total profits of industrial enterprises above the size of the From the price point of view, the consumer prices of residents rose slightly, the prices of industrial producers and imports of goods rose significantly, and from the structural point of view, the industrial structure, demand structure and income distribution structure continued to improve; From the perspective of new kinetic energy, the strategic emerging industries in industry, high-tech manufacturing, new products, online retail volume is growing rapidly, new kinetic energy continues to accumulate; From the point of view of the key tasks of supply-side structural reform, new progress has been made.
