【摘要】：該文利用中國271個(gè)地級(jí)市1994-2014年的面板數(shù)據(jù),采用PSM-DID方法對(duì)東北振興戰(zhàn)略的政策效果進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),重點(diǎn)分析東北振興政策的短期刺激與長期失衡效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明:首先,東北振興政策的實(shí)施顯著地增加了東北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)總量,短期刺激效應(yīng)明顯;其次,東北振興政策的實(shí)施并沒有顯著增強(qiáng)東北地區(qū)的全要素生產(chǎn)率;最后,東北振興政策的實(shí)施顯著惡化了東北地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),長期失衡效應(yīng)明顯。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of 271 prefecture-level cities in China from 1994 to 2014, this paper uses PSM-DID method to test the policy effect of northeast revitalization strategy, and analyzes the short-term stimulus and long-term imbalance effect of Northeast revitalization policy. The results show that: first, the implementation of the Northeast revitalization policy significantly increased the total economic volume of the Northeast region, and the short-term stimulus effect was obvious; secondly, the implementation of the Northeast revitalization policy did not significantly enhance the total factor productivity of the Northeast region. Finally, the implementation of Northeast revitalization policy has significantly deteriorated the industrial structure of Northeast China, and the long-term imbalance effect is obvious.
