【摘要】：美國經濟的長期性停滯令人沮喪,但并非無法改變的宿命。從理論層面看,美國的經濟學家在分析美國經濟長期性停滯的根源的基礎之上,提出了一系列應對方案,其實質是:通過矯正經濟政策的缺陷,實施恰當?shù)恼呓M合,進而改進供給側與需求側的管理,從而擺脫經濟長期性停滯困局。從政策層面看,未來幾年,美國為了擺脫經濟長期性停滯的風險,可行的選擇是增加基礎設施投資、提高投資率與刺激出口。
[Abstract]:The long-term stagnation of the United States economy is frustrating, but it is not an irrevocable fate. On the theoretical level, American economists put forward a series of countermeasures on the basis of analyzing the root causes of the long-term stagnation of American economy. The essence of the solutions is to carry out the appropriate policy combination by correcting the defects of economic policies. Then improve the supply-side and demand-side management, so as to get rid of the long-term stagnation of the economy. At the policy level, in the next few years, in order to get rid of the risk of long-term economic stagnation, the viable option is to increase infrastructure investment, increase investment rates and stimulate exports.
