【摘要】：正各位領導、各位專家:大家下午好。受廣東省社會科學院指派,我有幸匯報一下課題組關于廣東發(fā)展機遇的研判。對于經濟周期性特征下廣東機遇,我們從三個方面給大家匯報。首先,探討一下全球經濟周期性特征給我們帶來的啟示。第二,是互利共贏目標下的"中國方案"。第三,在這策略下廣東采取怎樣措施抓住下一步發(fā)展機遇。我們從全國經濟來看,過去將近200多年的發(fā)展,歷經5個周期。每一個周期意味著技術的革命。從1980年開始這一輪信息科技革命,帶來高增長20年,到了
[Abstract]:Leaders, experts: good afternoon, everyone. Appointed by the Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences, I have the honour to report on the study of Guangdong's development opportunities. For the economic cyclical characteristics of Guangdong opportunities, we report from three aspects. First of all, to explore the cyclical characteristics of the global economy to bring us inspiration. Second, the "China proposal" under the goal of mutual benefit and win-win. Third, under this strategy, how to take measures to seize the next development opportunities. From the national economic point of view, the past nearly 200 years of development, through five cycles. Each cycle signifies a technological revolution. Since 1980, this revolution in information technology has brought about 20 years of high growth.
