【摘要】：多元協(xié)同精準(zhǔn)扶貧是一種理想的貧困治理模式,它強調(diào)扶貧主體的多元化、身份的平等性和行動的協(xié)同性。多元協(xié)同精準(zhǔn)扶貧與社會資本二者之間存在學(xué)理上的契合,良好的社會資本是實現(xiàn)多元協(xié)同精準(zhǔn)扶貧的前提和基礎(chǔ),多元協(xié)同精準(zhǔn)扶貧是改良社會資本的動力。但是,當(dāng)前中國的社會資本存在著傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代的對立,結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的矛盾,這些問題的存在不利于多元協(xié)同精準(zhǔn)扶貧的順利實施。因此,需要改造傳統(tǒng)社會資本和投資現(xiàn)代社會資本,以此推動多元協(xié)同精準(zhǔn)扶貧的實現(xiàn),從根本上治理貧困問題。

The good social capital is the premise and foundation to realize the multiple cooperative precision poverty alleviation, and the multiple cooperative precision poverty alleviation is the motive force of the improvement of social capital. However, there are contradictions between traditional and modern social capital and between structure and function. These problems are not conducive to the smooth implementation of multi-coordinated and accurate poverty alleviation. Therefore, it is necessary to reform traditional social capital and invest in modern social capital, so as to promote the realization of multi-coordinated and accurate poverty alleviation, and to deal with the problem of poverty fundamentally.
