【摘要】："一帶一路"建設(shè)是中國的人才、資本、設(shè)備、技術(shù)和文化的全方位"走出去"。"一帶一路"沿線國家復(fù)雜的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和宗教文化狀況,對(duì)中國推進(jìn)"一帶一路"建設(shè)構(gòu)成嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。為此應(yīng)從戰(zhàn)略定位、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投融資、政策保障、人才培養(yǎng)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范等方面做好前期調(diào)研和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,揚(yáng)長避短、穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Belt and Road's construction is China's all-round "going out" of talent, capital, equipment, technology and culture. " The complicated political, economic, social and religious cultural conditions in the countries along Belt and Road pose a severe challenge to China's building of Belt and Road. Therefore, we should make early investigation and risk assessment from the aspects of strategic orientation, investment and financing of infrastructure, policy guarantee, personnel training and risk prevention, so as to make good use of strengths and avoid weaknesses, and advance steadily.
