【摘要】：正最近幾年,中國(guó)房企海外投資的步伐越來(lái)越快。據(jù)戴德梁行統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,從2009年開(kāi)始,總共海外地產(chǎn)大宗交易投資總額就呈穩(wěn)步上升的趨勢(shì)。而這一進(jìn)程在近兩年時(shí)增速更加明顯,萬(wàn)科、萬(wàn)達(dá)、綠地、雅居樂(lè)、富力地產(chǎn)等大型房企紛紛在海外拿地開(kāi)發(fā)。2016年,中國(guó)房企的海外投資額預(yù)計(jì)全年將比去年增長(zhǎng)37%,達(dá)到353億美元的規(guī)模。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the pace of overseas investment by Chinese housing companies is getting faster and faster. Total overseas investment in bulk real estate transactions has steadily risen since 2009, according to data from Dade Liang. In the past two years, the growth rate of this process has been even more obvious. Large housing companies such as Vanke, Wanda, Greenbelt, Argyle and Fuli Real Estate have been developing overseas land. In 2016, the overseas investment of Chinese housing enterprises is expected to increase by 37 percent over last year. Up to $35.3 billion.
