【摘要】：不同時(shí)空中,現(xiàn)實(shí)的經(jīng)濟(jì)人理性取向具有差異性,由此形成不同的交易形態(tài)。論文從中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)史學(xué)的視角,以假設(shè)論證的方法,對(duì)中國(guó)交易者理性及其交易形態(tài)產(chǎn)生、演化的歷史內(nèi)蘊(yùn)進(jìn)行探討。論文對(duì)有關(guān)"關(guān)系至上"交易者理性及其"關(guān)系化交易"等概念進(jìn)行了界定。在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)前近代中國(guó)社會(huì)的"人情偏好"交易習(xí)性的多重歷史淵源進(jìn)行梳理和解析,論證"關(guān)系至上"理性的近代發(fā)育和現(xiàn)代泛化的變遷歷程,闡釋了近代以來"關(guān)系至上"理性從"個(gè)體經(jīng)驗(yàn)"到"世俗知識(shí)"變化的約束性因素,認(rèn)為大規(guī)模市場(chǎng)的興起和大規(guī)模權(quán)力的介入使"關(guān)系至上"的交易者理性日益世俗化。論文分析了中西理性之路差異深層因素,指出近代發(fā)育成形的"關(guān)系至上"的交易者理性,某種意義上說是——中世紀(jì)"神權(quán)意識(shí)"與近代"競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)"相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物。在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)普遍興起條件下,文化轉(zhuǎn)型滯后于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型,社會(huì)理性出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重的透支狀況。
[Abstract]:In different time and space, the rational orientation of realistic economic man is different, thus forming different forms of transaction. From the perspective of Chinese economic history, this paper discusses the historical implication of the emergence and evolution of Chinese traders' rationality and its trading form with the method of hypothetical argumentation. This paper defines the concept of "relationship-oriented" trader rationality and "relational trading". On the basis of this, this paper combs and analyzes the multifold historical origin of the transaction habit of "human preference" in pre-modern Chinese society, and proves the modern development of "relation first" rationality and the vicissitudes of modern generalization. This paper explains the restrictive factors of the change from "individual experience" to "secular knowledge" in the "relation supreme" rationality since modern times, and holds that the rise of large-scale market and the intervention of large-scale power make the "relationship supreme" trader's rationality become more and more secularized. The paper analyzes the deep factors of the difference between Chinese and Western rationality, and points out that the trader's rationality of "relation supreme" formed in modern times is, in a sense, the product of the combination of medieval "theocratic consciousness" and modern "competitive consciousness". Under the condition of market economy, the cultural transformation lags behind the economic transformation, and the social rationality appears the serious overdraft condition.
