青島港港口產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究

【摘要】:隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群這一現(xiàn)象在理論界引起了廣泛的關(guān)注,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群效應(yīng)在實(shí)踐中也得到了廣泛的認(rèn)可并取得一定的成功。港口作為海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ),是銜接陸域經(jīng)濟(jì)與海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)鍵所在,港口產(chǎn)業(yè)集群更是集多種功能于一身,在促進(jìn)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí),不斷擴(kuò)大集群的集聚效應(yīng),展現(xiàn)出巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?青島港作為世界排名前十的大型港口,形成了以青島港為核心的港口產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,并日益迸發(fā)出強(qiáng)大的活力。然而,應(yīng)該如何對(duì)青島港港口產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行理論的分析和量化的比較?青島港港口產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力在沿海港口集群中的位置如何?青島港集群應(yīng)該如何進(jìn)一步發(fā)展?本文以青島港為突破口,研究我國(guó)港口產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力情況,對(duì)于港口產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的豐富和港口發(fā)展的實(shí)踐具有重要意義。 本文主要采取了波特的鉆石模型分析法和主成分分析法,在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外港口產(chǎn)業(yè)集群相關(guān)問題研究的綜述和評(píng)述的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)青島港港口產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行理論和實(shí)證分析,在研究過程中主要得出以下結(jié)論:第一,青島港自1892年至今,從一個(gè)小港發(fā)展壯大為今日的港口集群,有歷史的必然,也有開拓者們不懈的奮斗和追求;第二,青島港港口集群的需求和要素稟賦條件優(yōu)越、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略符合發(fā)展要求、面臨較好的發(fā)展契機(jī),同時(shí)也得到了政府的大力支持,同樣也面臨一定的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力;第三,通過對(duì)青島港港口產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的實(shí)證分析結(jié)果表明,青島港的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力排名第七,與上海港等尚存一定的差距;最后,為青島港集群的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議,主要包括加強(qiáng)港口基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),完善港口法律體系;推動(dòng)港口產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚,,強(qiáng)化集群知識(shí)溢出效應(yīng);拓展港口投融資途徑,推進(jìn)青島港上市進(jìn)程和加快港口改革,發(fā)展地主港模式。 本文較以往研究的創(chuàng)新之處在于: 1.采用鉆石模型,對(duì)青島港港口集群進(jìn)行全面分析,得出青島港港口產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì); 2.采用主成分分析法,站在集群的角度對(duì)港口產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,突破了以往僅對(duì)港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行分析的限制;同時(shí),對(duì)沿海多個(gè)港口產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行綜合分析,最終得到青島港港口產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力得分,橫向比較青島港港口集群的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文的不足之處在于: 1.國(guó)內(nèi)在產(chǎn)業(yè)集群層面上研究港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的文獻(xiàn)較少,使得本文更多的參照外文文獻(xiàn),難免有不符合中國(guó)國(guó)情之處; 2.由于數(shù)據(jù)的可獲得性和統(tǒng)計(jì)口徑的限制,本文不能更加全面的量化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial economy, the phenomenon of industrial cluster has attracted extensive attention in the theoretical circle, and the effect of industrial cluster has also been widely recognized and has achieved certain success in practice. As the foundation of marine industrial economy, port is the key to link land economy with marine economy, and port industrial cluster has many functions in one, while promoting the development of marine economy, it expands the agglomeration effect of the cluster. Show great potential for development. Qingdao Port, as the world's top 10 large port, has formed a port industrial cluster with Qingdao Port as the core, and increasingly burst out a strong vitality. However, how to carry on the theoretical analysis and quantitative comparison to the competitiveness of Qingdao port industrial cluster? What is the position of the comprehensive competitiveness of Qingdao port industrial cluster in the coastal port cluster? How to further develop Qingdao Port Cluster? This paper takes Qingdao Port as a breakthrough to study the competitiveness of our country's port industry cluster, which is of great significance for the enrichment of economic theory of port industry and the practice of port development. This paper mainly adopts Porter's diamond model analysis method and principal component analysis method. On the basis of summarizing and commenting on the related problems of port industrial cluster at home and abroad, this paper makes theoretical and empirical analysis on the competitiveness of Qingdao port industrial cluster. In the course of the research, the main conclusions are as follows: first, Qingdao Port has developed from a small port to today's port cluster from 1892 to now, which has historical necessity, but also has pioneers unremitting struggle and pursuit; Second, the demand and factor endowment of Qingdao port cluster is superior, the enterprise strategy meets the requirements of development, and it faces a better development opportunity. At the same time, it is supported by the government, and it also faces some competitive pressure. Thirdly, through the empirical analysis of the competitiveness of Qingdao port industrial cluster, it is shown that Qingdao Port ranks seventh in overall competitiveness, and still has a certain gap with Shanghai Port. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for further development of Qingdao port cluster are put forward, including strengthening port infrastructure construction, perfecting port legal system, promoting port industry agglomeration and strengthening cluster knowledge spillover effect. To expand the channels of port investment and financing, to promote the listing process of Qingdao Port and to speed up port reform, and to develop the model of landlord port. The innovations of this paper are as follows: 1. By using diamond model, the paper analyzes the port cluster of Qingdao Port, and concludes the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Qingdao Port Industrial Cluster. 2. By using principal component analysis, this paper makes empirical analysis on the competitiveness of port industrial cluster from the perspective of cluster, breaking through the limitation of only analyzing the competitiveness of port in the past; At the same time, the comprehensive analysis of several coastal port industrial clusters, finally get the competitiveness of Qingdao port industrial cluster score, horizontal comparison of the competitiveness of Qingdao port cluster. The deficiency of this paper lies in: 1. There are few literatures on the competitiveness of ports in China at the industrial cluster level, which makes this paper refer to more foreign literature, which inevitably does not conform to the national conditions of China. 2. Due to the limitation of data availability and statistical caliber, this paper can not quantify the competitiveness of industrial clusters more comprehensively.
