廣西城鎮(zhèn)居民財產(chǎn)性收入問題研究

【摘要】:增加居民收入是我國新世紀新時期面臨的重大課題。而財產(chǎn)性收入則是有效增加居民收入的一大突破口。當(dāng)前,增加財產(chǎn)性收入從哪些方面入手,具體措施有哪些,是解決好廣西城鎮(zhèn)居民財產(chǎn)性收入問題的關(guān)鍵所在。 制度演進和結(jié)構(gòu)演化協(xié)同共生的理論框架能較好的擬合廣西城鎮(zhèn)居民財產(chǎn)性收入問題的主要影響因素。增加城鎮(zhèn)居民財產(chǎn)性收入,需要考慮制度問題。收入分配制度、勞動就業(yè)制度、金融制度、住房租賃制度是影響城鎮(zhèn)居民財產(chǎn)性收入的主要制度因素。結(jié)合廣西城鎮(zhèn)居民的財產(chǎn)性收入相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)表明,在各項制度的歷史演進下,呈現(xiàn)出城鎮(zhèn)居民財產(chǎn)迅速增加,財產(chǎn)性收入渠道趨于多樣化,總量穩(wěn)定增加,但總體水平偏低的特點?偟膩碚f,廣西城鎮(zhèn)居民財產(chǎn)性收入水平伴隨制度的完善而逐步提高。 市場化程度是影響城鎮(zhèn)居民財產(chǎn)性收入的重要結(jié)構(gòu)因素。通過市場化指數(shù)這一指標(biāo)比較分析各地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)居民財產(chǎn)性收入與市場化程度的關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn)不管是中東部發(fā)達地區(qū),還是地處西部戰(zhàn)略要地的廣西,市場化程度越高,會引起市場結(jié)構(gòu)的一系列反應(yīng),城鎮(zhèn)居民的財產(chǎn)性收入也會增長。 居民收入來源是影響城鎮(zhèn)居民財產(chǎn)性收入的另一結(jié)構(gòu)因素。通過建立以財產(chǎn)性收入為被解釋變量,其他來源收入為解釋變量的回歸模型,實證分析得出,針對廣西城鎮(zhèn)居民,工資性收入、經(jīng)營性收入和轉(zhuǎn)移性收入同財產(chǎn)性收入的相關(guān)關(guān)系和相關(guān)程度隨著經(jīng)濟形勢的好轉(zhuǎn)、資本市場的完善程度以及國家刺激經(jīng)濟政策的制定而逐漸明顯。 針對影響廣西城鎮(zhèn)居民財產(chǎn)性收入的影響因素,進一步提出增加財產(chǎn)性收入可以從以下兩方面下手:進一步完善影響城鎮(zhèn)居民財產(chǎn)性收入的相關(guān)制度,包括完善收入分配制度和勞動就業(yè)制度、完善金融制度和資本市場、完善住房制度和房屋出租制度、健全保護居民合法財產(chǎn)的制度、完善社會保障制度;進一步完善市場秩序,營造良好的金融環(huán)境、培養(yǎng)居民的理財意識、樹立正確的投資觀。
[Abstract]:Increase resident income is our country new century new period faces the important subject. Property income is an effective way to increase residents' income. At present, it is the key to solve the problem of property income of urban residents in Guangxi. The theoretical framework of system evolution and structural evolution can fit the main influencing factors of urban residents' property income in Guangxi. To increase the property income of urban residents, it is necessary to consider the system. Income distribution system, labor employment system, financial system and housing rental system are the main institutional factors that affect the property income of urban residents. According to the related data of the property income of the urban residents in Guangxi, under the historical evolution of the various systems, it shows that the property of the urban residents increases rapidly, the income channels of the urban residents tend to diversify, and the total amount increases steadily. But overall level is on the low side characteristic. In general, the level of property income of urban residents in Guangxi has been gradually improved with the improvement of the system. The degree of marketization is an important structural factor affecting the property income of urban residents. Through the comparison and analysis of the relationship between the property income of urban residents and the degree of marketization, it is found that the higher the degree of marketization is, the higher the marketization degree is, whether it is the developed region in the central and eastern part of China or Guangxi, which is located in the strategic region of the west. Will cause a series of reactions to market structure, the property income of urban residents will also increase. The source of resident income is another structural factor that affects the property income of urban residents. By establishing a regression model with property income as explained variable and income from other sources as explanatory variable, the empirical analysis shows that, for urban residents in Guangxi, wage income, With the improvement of economic situation, the perfection of capital market and the formulation of national stimulating economic policy, the correlation between operating income and transfer income and property income is becoming more and more obvious. In view of the factors affecting the property income of urban residents in Guangxi, it is further proposed that increasing property income can be carried out from the following two aspects: further improving the related system affecting the property income of urban residents, It includes perfecting the income distribution system and the labor and employment system, perfecting the financial system and capital market, perfecting the housing system and the housing rental system, perfecting the system of protecting the legal property of the residents and perfecting the social security system; Further improve the market order, create a good financial environment, cultivate residents' awareness of financial management, and establish a correct view of investment.
