【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的實(shí)質(zhì)是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)生產(chǎn)方式的全球化,是生產(chǎn)力進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果。在西方主要發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義傾向興起之際,中國(guó)積極推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化。中國(guó)推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化并非要徹底顛覆現(xiàn)行的國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)政治體系,并非與美國(guó)等西方國(guó)家實(shí)施全面對(duì)抗以創(chuàng)立"兩個(gè)平行世界市場(chǎng)"的格局,相反,中國(guó)是既有世界經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序的積極參與者和改良者。同時(shí),中國(guó)推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化是需要條件的,關(guān)鍵是構(gòu)建起充滿智慧的"合作共贏"的經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化治理模式,其基礎(chǔ)是深化供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,尤其需要構(gòu)建起一個(gè)富于創(chuàng)新性和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的制造業(yè)體系。
[Abstract]:The essence of economic globalization is the globalization of market economy mode of production and the inevitable result of further development of productive forces. With the rise of trade protectionism in major developed countries in the West, China is actively promoting economic globalization. China's drive to globalize its economy is not aimed at completely upsetting the existing international economic and political system, nor is it a pattern of full-scale confrontation with the United States and other Western countries in order to create "two parallel world markets". On the contrary, China is an active participant and modifier of the existing world economic order. At the same time, it is necessary for China to promote economic globalization. The key is to build a wise "win-win" governance model of economic globalization, which is based on deepening supply-side structural reforms. In particular, there is a need to build an innovative and internationally competitive manufacturing system.
