【摘要】：由于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的快速發(fā)展能對(duì)集群所在地經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生極大的推進(jìn)作用，我國(guó)一些地區(qū)，尤其是沿海地區(qū)已經(jīng)具有產(chǎn)業(yè)集群特性的“塊狀經(jīng)濟(jì)”得到快速發(fā)展。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群已經(jīng)不再是少數(shù)地區(qū)特有的現(xiàn)象，轉(zhuǎn)而成為中國(guó)現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)和產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要發(fā)展模式和途徑。但是縱觀我國(guó)國(guó)情，，產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移現(xiàn)狀并不明顯，理論研究預(yù)測(cè)的大規(guī)模的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移并沒(méi)有發(fā)生。制造業(yè)是國(guó)內(nèi)區(qū)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的主體，科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與地域產(chǎn)業(yè)承載系統(tǒng)適配性是制定產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移引導(dǎo)政策的重要依據(jù)。 本文在回顧現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移理論的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移內(nèi)涵，提出制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與地域產(chǎn)業(yè)承載系統(tǒng)適配性概念，借鑒協(xié)同學(xué)理論的研究方法與思想成果，初步建立起由協(xié)同理論分析、序參量提取、構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)及復(fù)合系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建等內(nèi)容組成的制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與地域產(chǎn)業(yè)承載系統(tǒng)適配性評(píng)估的理論研究框架。 本文主要應(yīng)用協(xié)同學(xué)理論對(duì)制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與地域產(chǎn)業(yè)承載系統(tǒng)兩個(gè)子系統(tǒng)在全方位、多層次方面耦合的必然性進(jìn)行分析和闡述，在復(fù)合系統(tǒng)中，由于制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與地域產(chǎn)業(yè)承載系統(tǒng)可以在多方面耦合成為一個(gè)整體，形成制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與地域產(chǎn)業(yè)承載系統(tǒng)復(fù)合系統(tǒng)，因此在序參量提取、構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系以及適配度測(cè)評(píng)方面，序參量的提取總思路即尋找影響制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與地域產(chǎn)業(yè)承載系統(tǒng)之間系統(tǒng)適配的關(guān)鍵主導(dǎo)因素。 最后，針對(duì)全國(guó)三十一個(gè)省市的制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與地域產(chǎn)業(yè)承載系統(tǒng)適配狀況進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，并據(jù)此提出各省市制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移發(fā)展的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:As the rapid development of industrial clusters can greatly promote the local economy, some areas in China, especially the coastal areas, have already had the characteristics of industrial cluster "block economy" has been rapid development. Industrial cluster is no longer a unique phenomenon in a few regions, and has become an important development mode and approach for the development of regional economy and industrial economy in China at the present stage. However, the current situation of industrial transfer is not obvious, and the large-scale industrial transfer predicted by theoretical research has not occurred. Manufacturing industry is the main body of domestic inter-regional industrial transfer. Scientific evaluation of the suitability of manufacturing industry transfer and regional industry bearing system is an important basis for formulating the guiding policy of industrial transfer. On the basis of reviewing the existing theories of industrial transfer and combining the connotation of industrial transfer, this paper puts forward the concept of adaptability between manufacturing industry transfer and regional industry carrying system, and draws lessons from the research methods and ideological achievements of synergy theory. A theoretical research framework for the adaptation evaluation of manufacturing industry transfer and regional industry bearing system, which is composed of synergy theory analysis, order parameter extraction, evaluation index system and composite system construction, has been established. This paper mainly applies the theory of collaboration to analyze and expound the inevitability of the coupling of the two subsystems of manufacturing industry transfer and regional industry bearing system in all directions and multiple levels, and in the composite system, Because manufacturing industry transfer and regional industry bearing system can be coupled into a whole in many aspects, the complex system of manufacturing industry transfer and regional industry bearing system can be formed, so in order parameter extraction, In the aspect of constructing evaluation index system and adaptability evaluation, the total idea of order parameter extraction is to find the key leading factors that affect the system adaptation between manufacturing industry transfer and regional industry carrying system. Finally, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the adaptability of manufacturing industry transfer and regional industry carrying system in 31 provinces and cities of China, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of manufacturing industry transfer in all provinces and cities.
