【摘要】：以中國(guó)大陸31個(gè)省為研究對(duì)象(1),構(gòu)建其"五化"城鎮(zhèn)化、信息化、工業(yè)化、綠色化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,基于變異系數(shù)賦權(quán)、協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)與協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度測(cè)算31個(gè)省份"五化"發(fā)展強(qiáng)度及其協(xié)調(diào)階段類型,借助Arc GIS空間分析探討其空間格局差異,研究表明:(1)中國(guó)大陸農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化整體平均水平居首位,綠色化次之,工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化相對(duì)滯后;(2)東部地區(qū)"五化"強(qiáng)度大于東北與中部,西部最低,呈現(xiàn)以東部沿海省份向內(nèi)陸腹地?cái)U(kuò)散、延伸的態(tài)勢(shì);除東北農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展?jié)摿薮?其他四化在東部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)最為顯著;(3)東中部為城鎮(zhèn)化高值區(qū),信息化高值區(qū)集中在沿海省份,工業(yè)化高值格局與京滬、京廣、杭福深高鐵線狀布局相吻合,綠色化高值區(qū)集聚在長(zhǎng)江三角洲、珠江三角洲、成渝與北部灣城市群及武漢與江淮城市圈,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化主陣地布局在黑吉遼內(nèi)蒙古等省份;(4)粵蘇魯浙京"五化"強(qiáng)度獨(dú)占鰲頭,川滬豫遼鄂次之,皖黑渝閩冀再次之,陜湘吉贛桂津與內(nèi)蒙古較低,其他最低;(5)31個(gè)省份"五化"協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度整體均呈上升態(tài)勢(shì),東部與中部"五化"整體處于瀕臨失調(diào)衰退,東北與西部處于輕度失調(diào)衰退,多數(shù)省份"五化"仍處于勉強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào)與瀕臨失調(diào)類型;以蘇魯粵等為核心的長(zhǎng)江三角洲、珠江三角洲、山東半島"五化"協(xié)同區(qū)覆蓋范圍廣泛,新青藏貫穿的西部地區(qū)較薄弱。
[Abstract]:Taking 31 provinces in mainland China as the research object (1), the evaluation index system of urbanization, informatization, industrialization, green and agricultural modernization is constructed, which is based on the weight of variation coefficient. The coordination coefficient and the degree of coordinated development were used to measure the development intensity of "five transformation" and the types of coordination stage in 31 provinces, and the spatial pattern difference was discussed with the help of Arc GIS spatial analysis. The results show that: (1) the average level of agricultural modernization in mainland China ranks first, followed by greening, industrialization, information technology and urbanization; (2) the intensity of "five modernizations" in the eastern region is higher than that in the northeast and the central part, and the lowest in the west, showing the trend that the eastern coastal provinces spread to the inland hinterland. Except for the great potential of agricultural modernization in Northeast China, the other four modernizations have the most obvious advantages in the east. (3) the middle part of the east is a high value area of urbanization, and the high value area of informationization is concentrated in the coastal provinces. The pattern of high value of industrialization is consistent with the linear layout of high-speed rail in Beijing, Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou, Hangzhou and Shenzhen. The green high value area is concentrated in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. Chengdu-Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration and Wuhan and Jianghuai urban circle, agricultural modernization main position layout in Heiji, Liao and Inner Mongolia provinces; (4) Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang and Beijing have the highest "five" intensity, followed by Sichuan, Shanghai, Henan, Liaoning, Hubei, Anhui, black, Chongqing, Fujian and Hebei, Shaanxi, Hunan, Jiangxi, Ganjin and Inner Mongolia are lower, and the rest are the lowest; (5) the degree of coordinated development of "five modernization" in 31 provinces is on the rise, the whole of the eastern and central regions is on the verge of maladjustment and recession, and the Northeast and the west are in a slight imbalance recession. Most provinces are still in the type of barely coordinated and on the verge of maladjustment; The Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Shandong Peninsula "five Modernization" Synergetic areas, with the core of Jiangsu, Shandong and Guangdong as the core, cover a wide range, but the western region through the new Qinghai-Xizang region is relatively weak.
