【摘要】：改革開放以來,人們的生活水平得到了顯著的提高,但隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)格局發(fā)生的重大變化,我國出現(xiàn)了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡現(xiàn)象。寧夏是我國西部少數(shù)民族聚集地,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相對東部沿海地區(qū)長期處于落后位置。因此,縮小寧夏與東部地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)差距,鞏固民族關(guān)系,對于構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會具有重要意義。通常區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展必須依托資源優(yōu)勢,而資源優(yōu)勢和經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢雖然有著千絲萬縷的聯(lián)系,但二者并不等同。寧夏雖然區(qū)域地理面積不大,但潛在的資源優(yōu)勢突出,當(dāng)然潛在資源優(yōu)勢要形成經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢還需要一定的條件。本論文綜合運(yùn)用辯證思維和比較分析等研究方法,探尋寧夏資源轉(zhuǎn)化的發(fā)展之路。論文是對前人理論研究的整合創(chuàng)新,在研究中吸納了眾多的國內(nèi)外研究成果,然后結(jié)合寧夏資源轉(zhuǎn)化的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,分析如何讓資源優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢。 論文通過對寧夏優(yōu)勢資源開發(fā)和利用現(xiàn)狀及存在問題的分析,對比國內(nèi)外資源優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。最后得出寧夏資源優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢的對策,提升競爭力是資源優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢的核心,發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)是資源優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢的內(nèi)在要求,加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新能力是資源優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢的動力,發(fā)揮政府作用是資源優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢的保障,完善的市場機(jī)制是資源優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, people's living standard has been greatly improved, but with the great change of economic pattern, the phenomenon of unbalanced regional economic development has appeared in China. Ningxia is a gathering place for minority nationalities in western China, and its economic development has been lagging behind the eastern coastal area for a long time. Therefore, it is of great significance to narrow the economic gap between Ningxia and the eastern region and to consolidate the ethnic relations for the construction of a harmonious socialist society. In general, the development of regional economy must rely on the advantage of resources, and the advantages of resources and economic advantages are inextricably linked, but they are not equal. Although the geographical area of Ningxia is not large, the potential resource advantage is prominent, of course, the potential resource advantage needs certain conditions to form the economic advantage. In this paper, dialectical thinking and comparative analysis are used to explore the development of Ningxia resource transformation. This paper is the integration innovation of the previous theoretical research, absorbing many domestic and foreign research results in the research, and then combining with the reality of Ningxia's resource transformation, the paper analyzes how to turn the resource advantage into the economic advantage. Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the exploitation and utilization of Ningxia's superior resources, this paper compares the successful experience of converting the domestic and foreign resource advantages into economic advantages. Finally, it is concluded that Ningxia's resource advantage should be transformed into economic advantage, and the promotion of competitiveness is the core of the transformation of resource advantage into economic advantage, and the development of circular economy is the inherent requirement for the transformation of resource advantage into economic advantage. Strengthening innovation ability is the motive force of transforming resource advantage into economic advantage, giving full play to government function is the guarantee of transforming resource advantage into economic advantage, and perfect market mechanism is the basis of transforming resource advantage into economic advantage.
