【摘要】：自歐債危機后,中東歐國家的投資環(huán)境發(fā)生了極大改變,迫切需要從國外特別是尋求中國企業(yè)和資本的扶持,其中近年中歐經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的新突出點就來自中東歐國家間合作。本文在中國與中東歐經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系進入新階段的背景下,對中國在中東歐國家的投資進行研究,并對投資過程中遇到的機遇與風(fēng)險結(jié)合實證檢驗進行了分析,給出政府、行業(yè)、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略與選擇方面的決策建議。文章首先通過對中東歐經(jīng)濟發(fā)展及投資現(xiàn)狀的分析,結(jié)合“一帶一路”背景環(huán)境,總結(jié)出中國具體幾個行業(yè)投資的有利因素。接下來分析在中東歐投資的特點,以及中國企業(yè)在中東歐投資的重要性及現(xiàn)實意義,并結(jié)合國際生產(chǎn)折衷理論和投資誘發(fā)要素組合理論,分析中國在匈牙利、波蘭、羅馬尼亞這三個重點國家的具體投資情況。雖然中方企業(yè)加強對中東投資的意愿較強,但中東歐市場仍是新市場,尤其對中國企業(yè)來說,在投資過程中難免會面臨相當(dāng)?shù)娘L(fēng)險與挑戰(zhàn)。最后,針對中國對中東歐投資中所遇到的主要問題,本文從政府層面、行業(yè)層面和企業(yè)層面給出解決方案,對中國在中東歐的投資前景做出總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:Since the European debt crisis, the investment environment of the central and eastern European countries has changed greatly, and it is urgent to seek support from foreign countries, especially from Chinese enterprises and capital. In recent years, the new prominent point of China-EU economic and trade cooperation comes from the cooperation between central and eastern European countries. Under the background of entering a new stage of economic and trade relations between China and Central and Eastern Europe, this paper studies China's investment in Central and Eastern European countries, and analyzes the combination of opportunities and risks in the process of investment, and gives the governments and industries. Corporate strategy and choice of decision-making recommendations. Firstly, through the analysis of the economic development and investment status of Central and Eastern Europe, combined with the background environment of "Belt and Road", the paper summarizes the favorable factors of China's specific industry investment. Then it analyzes the characteristics of investment in Central and Eastern Europe, the importance and practical significance of Chinese enterprises' investment in Central and Eastern Europe, and combines the theory of eclectic international production and the theory of combination of induced elements of investment to analyze China's presence in Hungary and Poland. Romania, the three key countries of the specific investment situation. Although Chinese enterprises are more willing to invest in the Middle East, the market in Central and Eastern Europe is still a new market, especially for Chinese enterprises, which will inevitably face considerable risks and challenges in the process of investment. Finally, in view of the main problems in China's investment in Central and Eastern Europe, this paper gives the solutions from the government level, industry level and enterprise level, and makes a summary and prospect of China's investment prospects in Central and Eastern Europe.
