【摘要】：產(chǎn)學研合作是國家創(chuàng)新體系的重要組成部分,對于促進科技成果轉化,推動產(chǎn)業(yè)轉型升級意義重大。通過對世界主要發(fā)達國家產(chǎn)學研合作政策的梳理,總結中國產(chǎn)學研合作發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及主要問題,提出將"產(chǎn)學研合作"政策提升為國策、設立國家產(chǎn)學研協(xié)作創(chuàng)新委員會、制定國家《產(chǎn)學研合作促進法》,提高中國產(chǎn)學研合作國際化水平等對策建議。
[Abstract]:The cooperation of industry, university and research is an important part of the national innovation system, which is of great significance for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading. Through combing the industrial, academic and research cooperation policies of the major developed countries in the world, this paper summarizes the current situation and main problems of the development of industrial, academic and research cooperation in China, and proposes to promote the policy of "industry, college and research cooperation" to the national policy, and to set up the National Industry, Learning and Research Cooperation and Innovation Committee. To formulate the National Law on the Promotion of Industrial, academic and Research Cooperation, and to improve the internationalization level of China's Industry-University-Research Cooperation.
