【摘要】：新世紀(jì)以來,中國(guó)居民消費(fèi)水平持續(xù)提高、消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷升級(jí)、消費(fèi)方式更加優(yōu)化、消費(fèi)意愿日益增強(qiáng)。"十三五"時(shí)期是我國(guó)全面建成小康社會(huì)的決勝時(shí)期,居民消費(fèi)發(fā)展面臨一系列機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。結(jié)合消費(fèi)發(fā)展的規(guī)律,"十三五"時(shí)期,中國(guó)將邁向消費(fèi)增速穩(wěn)定、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、差距縮小的消費(fèi)大國(guó),走向理念升級(jí)、方式提升、層次豐富的理性消費(fèi)大國(guó),轉(zhuǎn)向空間合理、領(lǐng)域拓展、自信提高的消費(fèi)強(qiáng)國(guó)。需堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享發(fā)展理念,積極促進(jìn)居民消費(fèi)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, the consumption level of Chinese residents has continued to improve, the consumption structure has been continuously upgraded, the consumption patterns have been more optimized, and the consumption will has been increasingly strengthened. " The 13th Five-Year Plan period is the decisive period for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way, and the residents' consumption development faces a series of opportunities and challenges. According to the law of consumption development, during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, China will move towards a large consumer country with stable consumption growth, optimized structure, narrow gap, an upgrade of the concept, an upgrade in the way, and a rational consumption power with rich levels, and a reasonable space. Expansion of the field, self-confidence to improve the consumer power. We need to insist on innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing the concept of development, and actively promote the development of resident consumption.
