【摘要】：隨著人口老齡化、健康醫(yī)療、環(huán)保等問(wèn)題的出現(xiàn),美國(guó)、OECD和臺(tái)灣等地紛紛根據(jù)自身特點(diǎn)制定了各自生物經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方案,希望通過(guò)生物技術(shù)創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,進(jìn)而帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),增加人民福利。通過(guò)比較臺(tái)灣地區(qū)與部分發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家生物經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及特點(diǎn),為大陸生物經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定提供有益借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of aging population, health care, environmental protection and other issues, the United States, OECD and Taiwan have formulated their own biological and economic development plans according to their own characteristics, hoping to promote the development of related industries through biotechnology innovation. This will lead to economic growth and increase the welfare of the people. By comparing the development strategies and characteristics of biological economy between Taiwan and some developed countries, this paper provides a useful reference for the formulation of biological economy development strategy in mainland China.
