【摘要】：伴隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的來(lái)臨,創(chuàng)新要素已然成為了一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)發(fā)展的核心。通過(guò)運(yùn)用主成分分析以及多元回歸分析的方法對(duì)共青城進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià),發(fā)現(xiàn)共青城技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力、創(chuàng)新配置及創(chuàng)新環(huán)境等有方面有欠缺,進(jìn)而提出推動(dòng)強(qiáng)化創(chuàng)新主體、突破創(chuàng)新績(jī)效和集聚創(chuàng)新要素等途徑來(lái)提升共青城先導(dǎo)示范區(qū)的創(chuàng)新能力。
[Abstract]:With the advent of knowledge economy and economic globalization, innovation elements have become the core of the development of a country or region. By using the method of principal component analysis and multiple regression analysis to evaluate the innovation ability of Communist Qingcheng City, it is found that there are deficiencies in the technological innovation ability, innovation allocation and innovation environment of the Communist Qingcheng City, and then it is put forward to promote the strengthening of innovation subject. Break through the innovation performance and agglomeration innovation elements to enhance the innovation ability of the leading demonstration area of Communist Qingcheng.
