【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與城市化是相互促進(jìn)的關(guān)系。城市化為產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚創(chuàng)造條件,產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚增強(qiáng)了城市化的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)。眾多地區(qū)與國(guó)家的發(fā)展歷程表明,產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展較好的地區(qū),城市化水平也相對(duì)較高。雖然產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚在中國(guó)已初具規(guī)模,為城市化的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。但是,當(dāng)前我國(guó)實(shí)施城市化目標(biāo)的主要約束,是城市核心產(chǎn)業(yè)缺乏有力的支撐,而缺乏核心產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展將是乏力的,對(duì)城市化的促進(jìn)作用也是有限的。遼寧省作為工業(yè)大省,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的過程中,產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與城市化是何種相互作用關(guān)系,而這兩者間的關(guān)系是否穩(wěn)定,又是否協(xié)調(diào)能夠長(zhǎng)期保持下去。因此,本文把遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與城市化的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展關(guān)系作為研究對(duì)象,以期把握遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與城市化的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而為實(shí)踐活動(dòng)提供相關(guān)的參考和建議。本文首先對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與城市化的理論進(jìn)行了梳理,并對(duì)兩者的關(guān)系作了定性的分析；然后分別從遼寧省的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與城市化兩個(gè)角度著手,分析遼寧省當(dāng)前產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與城市化的現(xiàn)狀,分析總結(jié)這兩者發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)；再?gòu)挠?jì)量分析的角度出發(fā),運(yùn)用E-View s軟件,通過對(duì)11個(gè)省市的有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的收集,建立面板數(shù)據(jù)模型,在進(jìn)行了平穩(wěn)性檢驗(yàn)以及協(xié)整關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)以后,對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與城市化的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)回歸。在基于面板數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與城市化關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析之后,又引進(jìn)關(guān)聯(lián)協(xié)調(diào)度模型和耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型,對(duì)所選樣本的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與城市化發(fā)展的協(xié)調(diào)度進(jìn)行縱向和橫向分析。本文對(duì)遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與城市化的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展關(guān)系進(jìn)行了定性和定量的分析,研究結(jié)果顯示,遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在結(jié)構(gòu)性差異,城市化發(fā)展存在地區(qū)差異明顯的特點(diǎn),在產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與城市化相互影響的過程中,遼寧省城市化對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的影響有差異性。在產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中,遼寧省發(fā)展第三產(chǎn)業(yè)要比發(fā)展第二產(chǎn)業(yè)給城市化帶來的推動(dòng)作用大。遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與城市化協(xié)調(diào)度的結(jié)果表明,遼寧省目前產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與城市化處于“中度協(xié)調(diào)”水平,但是要長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的保持下去,且縮小與北京、上海等地的差距,則需轉(zhuǎn)變產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),從人口、生活和環(huán)境城市化入手提高城市化綜合發(fā)展水平,從而提高產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與城市化的協(xié)調(diào)度。
[Abstract]:Industrial agglomeration and urbanization promote each other. Urbanization creates conditions for industrial agglomeration, which strengthens the economic base of urbanization. The development course of many regions and countries shows that the urbanization level is relatively high in the areas where industrial agglomeration develops well. Although industrial agglomeration in China has begun to take shape, for the development of urbanization laid the foundation. However, the main constraint to implement the urbanization goal in our country is the lack of strong support for the urban core industries, and the economic development lacking the support of the core industries will be weak, and the promotion of urbanization will also be limited. Liaoning Province as an industrial province, in the process of economic development, industrial agglomeration and urbanization is what kind of interaction, and the relationship between the two is stable, and whether the coordination can be maintained for a long time. Therefore, this paper regards the coordinated development of industrial agglomeration and urbanization in Liaoning Province as the object of study, in order to grasp the relationship between industrial agglomeration and urbanization in Liaoning Province, and then provide relevant reference and suggestions for practical activities. This paper firstly combs the theory of industrial agglomeration and urbanization, and analyzes the relationship between them qualitatively, and then starts from the two angles of industrial agglomeration and urbanization in Liaoning Province. This paper analyzes the current situation of industrial agglomeration and urbanization in Liaoning Province, analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the two development, and sets up the panel data model from the angle of econometric analysis, using E-View 's software, through collecting the relevant data of 11 provinces and cities. After the stationary test and cointegration test, the data of industrial agglomeration and urbanization are regressed. After analyzing the relationship between industrial agglomeration and urbanization based on panel data, this paper introduces the correlation coordination degree model and coupling coordination degree model to analyze the coordination degree of industry agglomeration and urbanization development of selected samples vertically and horizontally. This paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis on the relationship between the coordinated development of industrial agglomeration and urbanization in Liaoning Province. The research results show that there are structural differences in the industrial development of Liaoning Province and obvious regional differences in the development of urbanization. In the process of interaction between industrial agglomeration and urbanization, the influence of urbanization on industrial agglomeration in Liaoning Province is different. In the process of industrial development, the development of tertiary industry in Liaoning Province is more important than the development of secondary industry in promoting urbanization. The results of the coordination degree between industrial agglomeration and urbanization in Liaoning Province show that the industrial agglomeration and urbanization in Liaoning Province are at a "moderate coordination" level, but they should be maintained steadily for a long time and narrow the gap with Beijing and Shanghai. It is necessary to change the industrial structure and improve the comprehensive development level of urbanization from the urbanization of population, life and environment, so as to improve the coordination degree between industrial agglomeration and urbanization.
