美國國際收支經(jīng)常帳戶逆差不斷擴(kuò)大對世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響

This paper argues that growing deficit of the US current account has an endogenous linkage with the defects of concurrent international financial system. The US is deliberately using the hegemony position of the US dollar in the international financial system to shift the cost of current account deficit to the rest of the world. However, when the deficit accumulated to a certain level, some qualitative change will take place. If the US is not going to coordinate and cooperate with other countries and continues today's selfish policy, there will be a chaotic situation in the international financial system and the world economy will pay the cost. This paper concludes with proposals in avoiding the turmoil in the international financial system and world economy.
