【摘要】：近年來,寒亭區(qū)三大產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展取得明顯成效,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)模不斷擴大、面貌明顯改善、實力持續(xù)增強,進入了大發(fā)展、大變化、大跨越的新階段,對加快寒亭區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展、推進社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)、提高人民群眾生產(chǎn)生活水平發(fā)揮了重要作用。同時,也應(yīng)當看到,隨著當前區(qū)域競爭越來越激烈,作為寒亭區(qū)三大產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,還存在著發(fā)展方式比較粗放、經(jīng)濟總量較小、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)層次偏低等問題,與科學(xué)發(fā)展的要求有較大差距,已成為制約寒亭區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會更好更快發(fā)展的一大瓶頸。因此,本文的目的是通過查閱研究國內(nèi)外大量不同類型產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃的案例,并參考其它行業(yè)的規(guī)劃案例,提出了寒亭區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的最新規(guī)劃,為促進寒亭區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展上一個新臺階作貢獻。本文共分六章,內(nèi)容概括如下:第一章引言部分,介紹了本文的研究背景及研究目的意義,國內(nèi)外研究文獻綜述,研究目標與內(nèi)容,研究方法與技術(shù)路線,創(chuàng)新與不足。第二章相關(guān)概念界定與理論基礎(chǔ)。通過對產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃的概念、產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ)理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃的原則、產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃的影響因素四個方面來闡述產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃的相關(guān)問題。第三章寒亭區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展狀況。首先簡要介紹寒亭區(qū)的基本概況,在此基礎(chǔ)上通過七個方面來得出寒亭區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀對寒亭區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的條件進行分析。第四章寒亭區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略與目標。通過對第三章的深入分析,得出寒亭區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略和產(chǎn)業(yè)功能,為第五章寒亭區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃設(shè)計打下基礎(chǔ)。第五章寒亭區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃設(shè)計。首先對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃設(shè)計背景進行概述,然后結(jié)合寒亭區(qū)實際情況分別對農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展、工業(yè)發(fā)展、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進行規(guī)劃。第六章寒亭區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃空間布局。提出了寒亭區(qū)三大產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的布局規(guī)劃。第七章結(jié)束語。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of the three major industries in the Hanting District has achieved remarkable results. The scale of industrial development has been continuously expanded, its appearance has improved significantly, and its strength has continued to increase. It has entered a new stage of great development, great changes, and great leaps. It has played an important role in accelerating the economic and social development of Hanting District, promoting the construction of new socialist countryside and improving the production and living standards of the people. At the same time, it should also be noted that as the current regional competition is becoming more and more intense, as the three major industries in the Hanting District are developing, there are still some problems, such as relatively extensive development mode, small total economic volume, low industrial structure, etc. There is a big gap with the requirement of scientific development, which has become a bottleneck restricting the better and faster development of economy and society in Hanting District. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to study a large number of domestic and foreign cases of different types of industrial development planning, and refer to other industry planning cases, put forward the latest plan of industrial development in Hanting District. To promote the economic and social development of the Hanting District to a new level of contribution. This paper is divided into six chapters. The content is summarized as follows: the first chapter introduces the research background and research purpose significance, domestic and foreign research literature review, research objectives and contents, research methods and technical routes, innovation and shortcomings. The second chapter defines the related concepts and theoretical basis. Through the concept of industrial planning, the basic theory of industrial planning, the principles of industrial planning, industrial planning influencing factors to explain the relevant issues of industrial planning. Chapter III: the industrial development of Hanting District. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the basic situation of Hanting District, and on the basis of this, obtains the present situation of the industrial development of Hanting District through seven aspects, and analyzes the conditions of the industrial development of Hanting District combined with the present situation. The fourth chapter is the strategy and target of industrial development in Hanting District. Through the in-depth analysis of the third chapter, the industrial development strategy and industrial function of Hanting District are obtained, which lays a foundation for the industrial development planning and design of Hanting District in Chapter 5. Chapter five: industrial Development Planning and Design of Hanting District. Firstly, the background of industrial development planning and design is summarized, and then agricultural development, industrial development and tertiary industry development are planned in combination with the actual situation of Hanting District. Chapter VI the layout of industrial development planning in Hanting District. The layout planning of three major industries in Hanting District is put forward. Chapter VII conclusion.
