物流園區(qū)節(jié)能減排的系統動力學研究

【摘要】:隨著我國社會和經濟的發(fā)展,物流業(yè)已經成為了支柱產業(yè)。物流活動的很多環(huán)節(jié)都消耗了大量能源,同時也對環(huán)境造成了污染。作為重要的物流節(jié)點,物流園區(qū)是物流系統的重要組成部分,是物流配送、倉儲及搬運裝卸等物流活動的樞紐,其運轉同樣需要消耗大量能源。加強物流園區(qū)的節(jié)能減排對節(jié)約能源和減少排放,強化物流的集約化生產,促進區(qū)域社會和經濟的健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展起到重要作用。所以,物流園區(qū)是我國物流業(yè)節(jié)能減排的一個重要“戰(zhàn)場”,其節(jié)能減排成效對整個物流系統的節(jié)能減排有重要影響。 物流園區(qū)是一個復雜的系統,其可持續(xù)發(fā)展與區(qū)域經濟的發(fā)展、資源和環(huán)境之間存在密切的關系。為了提供一套研究物流園區(qū)節(jié)能減排問題可行和有效的方法,發(fā)現園區(qū)節(jié)能減排中的不足,同時為政府制定相關政策提供參考,本文運用系統動力學方法研究物流園區(qū)節(jié)能減排系統,將物流園區(qū)作為研究對象,把節(jié)能減排作為研究的切入點,通過宏觀的視角構建物流園區(qū)的節(jié)能減排系統框架,把系統中各因素的相互關系以及外部環(huán)境產生的作用也考慮進來,為物流園區(qū)構建以節(jié)能減排為目標的系統動力學模型。為了驗證模型是否適用于現實物流園區(qū)節(jié)能減排系統的模擬分析,本文通過穩(wěn)定性檢驗、有效性檢驗和靈敏性檢驗方法對模型進行檢驗,結果表明該模型能夠比較好地對現實系統進行模擬分析。運用此模型模擬分析上海外高橋保稅物流園區(qū)的節(jié)能減排系統,并對模擬結果進行分析,分別從政策、技術和管理方面為物流園區(qū)節(jié)能減排工作及園區(qū)以后的規(guī)劃和發(fā)展提供建議。本文建立的物流園區(qū)節(jié)能減排系統動力學模型是研究物流園區(qū)節(jié)能減排問題可行和有效的方法,并且本文的研究和應用對物流園區(qū)的以后的規(guī)劃和發(fā)展起到指引作用,對促進物流業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和政府制定物流業(yè)的節(jié)能減排政策起到一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of our society and economy, logistics industry has become a pillar industry. Many logistics activities consume a lot of energy and pollute the environment. As an important logistics node, logistics park is an important part of the logistics system, logistics distribution, warehousing, handling and other logistics activities hub, its operation also needs to consume a lot of energy. Strengthening energy saving and emission reduction in logistics parks plays an important role in saving energy and reducing emissions, strengthening intensive production of logistics, promoting regional social and economic health and sustainable development. Therefore, logistics park is an important battlefield of energy saving and emission reduction in logistics industry in China, and its effect on energy saving and emission reduction of the whole logistics system is very important. Logistics Park is a complex system, and its sustainable development is closely related to the development of regional economy, resources and environment. In order to provide a set of feasible and effective methods to study the problem of energy saving and emission reduction in logistics parks, and to find out the deficiencies in energy saving and emission reduction of logistics parks, and to provide a reference for the government to formulate relevant policies, This paper uses system dynamics method to study energy saving and emission reduction system of logistics park, takes logistics park as research object, takes energy saving and emission reduction as the starting point of research, and constructs the energy saving and emission reduction system framework of logistics park through macroscopic view. Taking into account the interrelation of various factors in the system and the effect of the external environment, the system dynamics model aiming at energy saving and emission reduction is constructed for the logistics park. In order to verify whether the model is applicable to the simulation analysis of energy saving and emission reduction system in real logistics park, this paper tests the model by the methods of stability test, validity test and sensitivity test. The results show that the model can simulate and analyze the real system well. This model is used to simulate and analyze the energy saving and emission reduction system of Waigaoqiao bonded Logistics Park in Shanghai. Technical and management aspects for logistics park energy conservation and emission reduction and future planning and development advice. The dynamic model of energy saving and emission reduction system in logistics park is a feasible and effective method to study the problem of energy saving and emission reduction in logistics park, and the research and application of this paper play a guiding role in the planning and development of logistics park in the future. It plays a certain reference role in promoting the sustainable development of logistics industry and making the policy of energy saving and emission reduction of logistics industry.
