【摘要】：在梳理國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)增長相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,利用偏離份額模型,探討主體功能區(qū)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施以來北京市各功能區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)增長貢獻(xiàn)、結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展及競爭力演化情況。結(jié)果表明:(1)四大功能區(qū)共同促進(jìn)全市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,并以城市功能拓展區(qū)的貢獻(xiàn)最大。首都功能核心區(qū)、城市功能拓展區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)于城市發(fā)展新區(qū)和生態(tài)涵養(yǎng)發(fā)展區(qū),城市功能拓展區(qū)和生態(tài)涵養(yǎng)發(fā)展區(qū)的對外競爭力提升明顯。(2)金融業(yè),信息傳輸、計(jì)算機(jī)服務(wù)和軟件業(yè),工業(yè)分別對首都功能核心區(qū)、城市功能拓展區(qū)、城市發(fā)展新區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長貢獻(xiàn)最大,其發(fā)展基本符合功能定位;而生態(tài)涵養(yǎng)發(fā)展區(qū)以工業(yè)和建筑業(yè)為主,與功能區(qū)定位尚有偏差。(3)建議未來首都功能核心區(qū)重點(diǎn)優(yōu)化金融業(yè)、租賃與商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)等優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè);城市功能拓展區(qū)繼續(xù)強(qiáng)化信息傳輸、計(jì)算機(jī)服務(wù)和軟件業(yè)等重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè);城市發(fā)展新區(qū)加快新城建設(shè)和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè);生態(tài)涵養(yǎng)發(fā)展區(qū)積極發(fā)展特色種養(yǎng)業(yè)、旅游、康體、休閑等朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of combing the related research of domestic industrial growth, this paper discusses the contribution of industrial growth, structural development and competitive evolution of each functional area in Beijing since the implementation of the strategy of the main function area by using the deviation share model. The results are as follows: (1) the four functional districts promote the economic growth of the whole city together, and the urban functional development area contributes the most. The industrial structure of the capital functional core area and the urban functional development area is superior to that of the new urban development area and the ecological conservation development area. The external competitiveness of the urban functional development area and the ecological conservation development area is obviously enhanced. (2) Financial industry, information transmission, The computer services and software industries have contributed the most to the economic growth of the capital functional core area, the urban functional expansion area, and the new urban development area, respectively, and their development basically conforms to the functional orientation, while the ecological conservation and development areas are dominated by industry and construction. There is still a deviation from the location of the functional areas. (3) it is suggested that the future capital functional core areas should focus on optimizing the financial industry, leasing and business service industries, and that the urban functional development areas should continue to strengthen the key industries, such as information transmission, computer service and software industry, etc. The urban development new area speeds up the new town construction and the infrastructure construction; the ecological conservation development area positively develops the characteristic planting and raising industry, the traveling, the recreation, the leisure and so on sunrise industry.
