產(chǎn)學研用協(xié)同創(chuàng)新供需匹配機制的理論框架——基于扎根理論的多案例研究

【摘要】:在對關(guān)鍵概念界定的基礎(chǔ)上,以2008~2015年典型產(chǎn)學研用案例為研究對象,采用多案例研究法和扎根理論,建立了產(chǎn)學研用協(xié)同創(chuàng)新供需匹配機制的理論框架。研究表明:以意愿、能力和資源3個主范疇為平面,可以構(gòu)建產(chǎn)學研用協(xié)同創(chuàng)新供需匹配機制三維圖;根據(jù)故事線將9個副范疇組合后,發(fā)掘出強人推動、政策驅(qū)動和市場拉動3種匹配機制。最后,提出多種機制協(xié)同運行,尋求利益最大交集,豐富社會網(wǎng)絡的政策啟示。
[Abstract]:On the basis of defining the key concepts, a theoretical framework of supply and demand matching mechanism of collaborative innovation for industry, college and research is established by using the multi-case study method and the theory of taking root, taking the typical case studies from 2008 to 2015 as the research object. The research shows that using the three main categories of will, ability and resources as the plane, we can construct the 3D map of the supply and demand matching mechanism of production, education and research with collaborative innovation, and combine the nine sub-categories according to the story line to find out the strong people to promote. Policy-driven and market-driven three matching mechanisms. Finally, this paper puts forward the policy enlightenment of the cooperation of various mechanisms to seek the greatest intersection of interests and enrich the social network.
